I always love the outfits of the service-castmembers. Even the cleaning-crew in hotels, restaurants and in the parcs have amazing outfits and well themed !
25:27 The waiter or cast member Bryan that you see on the video is one of my best friend from school and he is going to be married this month with a Disney girl
Love this video Sam. Love your ears so much. My boyfriend and I have the Royal Banquett booked and paid for for our visit in March. We are so excited for it.
Im really pleased to see this vlog. I was worried there wouldnt be much (except dessert lol) id eat. Now i know i shall just be eating all of the mashed potato and cheese as they looked amazing 😂
The food looks amazing? Love the meets with Mickey and Minnie and of course goofy! Love your friends princess top can i ask where it is from? Look forward to more from you soon…
Omg - but isn’t that lobster?? lol Sam that’s probably half the budget on seafood right there. Luckily I love seafood so, I could be happy with this. But as a family of four, I would have to give it a miss because it’s just too expensive. I would appreciate unlimited lobster and oysters if it was just me and my husband though 😂😊😊xoxox
Hey Sam 🤗 The meal is expensive but I would pay it for the experience - with you going there at that time, I think you prob got more / better character interactions given it was a bit quieter which was fab to watch 😊 Thanks for sharing with us 🩷 xxx
Sam, I already know just how much I’m going to love this vlog 😍 Absolutely adorable ! C’est Magnifique! And I know it is an extortionate price but….. how can you put a price on those wonderful experiences 😛🤩🙌 (And I did dine a couple of times at Inventions Sunday brunches & they were 99€ ! ) So…yes I have added this onto my stay later this year 🥰 The food looks so delicious & the beautiful setting & such precious character experiences 😘 So happy that you both had the best time xx
I think the lobster alone is half the deal already of the 100€. And all the usually pricey seafood options. Quality wise I think this meets the price point, but yes, it is expensive. However, when you can afford to stay at the hotel already, you probably can afford the buffet price. Why not, once in a lifetime…
Agree. This video encouraged me to book. I love seafood so will be prioritising the lobster, oysters etc. Definitely worth it if that’s the way you go. You’d pay 3 figures for 3 courses in a nice restaurant with high quality seafood.
The biggest all you can eat buffet is in the south of France in Narbonne, les grands buffets. It’s less than 60 euro and I’d love to see you review them! I’m planning to go in October.
Love your videos! Can’t wait, i am going in September to the Disney Hotel after a veryyyyy long time!! Last time I was 18 i think… now i’m 39 😂😂😂 keep it up with vlogging! 👍😁
Looks lovely, but I can’t help feel disappointed that there are only 4 characters. Character restaurants used to have more and they seem to have cut back in all of them 😢 As always, thanks for sharing though. Nice to see the cosmetic changes from Inventions. And the food does looks high standard for a buffet
3 courses at TGI Fridays where I live is like €80 so €100 for all you can eat and character meets doesn’t seem that bad to me , and the food looks good , not typical cheap buffet stuff
As I said Sam. Stayed in this hotel as also all the hotels there. But my Disneyland hotel has changed so much. Never paid that price at the buffets. Don’t think I would pay that😮
I’m missing a character breakfast buffet option like Plaza Gardens (and available for people staying in another Disney hotel). Would love to have that opportunity in the Disneyland hotel. Well.. maybe in the future 🥰
Yes have it booked and always loved inventions so hope this is just as good. Fingers crossed for Donald! This will be my girlfriend and my only way to access the inside of the hotel! Great video
That looks amazing and like a true feast...for me with my GBP not an option (I can't pay 100 euro's for 4 bites ;-)) but I almost would for the experience! 🙂
Guess this is why they closed Cafe Mickey. The character interactions at CM were amazing, especially if you booked a Birthday. I think 100 Euros prob to much for many families. And the kids would prob prefer The Rainforest Cafe. The village seems to be short of themed restaurants. Planet Hollywood, Ludwig’s Castle and Cafe Mickey all gone. How long will Annette’s last?
It better be outstanding food for €100.. That’s outrageous….. The children we’re doing really well being up that late.. It’s definitely the time to go as I expect it’s really crowded, busy and shorter interaction with the characters…..earlier in the evening. Those desserts did look fantastic….. You have a tough job Sam but you cope admirably 😂😂👍🇬🇧
I so much want to go but I can't afford to stay there. I am so willing to pay 100 euros for me to see this but I have a hard time justifying even staying a night at santa fe in December in order to book the lunch. I am willing to try but hopefully they will change to lunch being able to be booked by anyone
Did you only see 3 characters last time we went there for character meal there was at least 6 characters. I would love to try it next time but if only 3 characters I will stick to character breakfast at plaza gardens. It does look amazing though.
I would get the most expensive but also light things from that buffet like the sea food, starters, desserts so I could make the most of it. Imagine only getting fries and fried fish or chicken 😅
Thank god I don't enjoy character meals because there is no way I would convince my husband to pay 100€ per person at a Disney restaurant 😅 I wonder if you can get a better deal by booking a meal plan, I always do that for expensive meals. Not sure if the Disneyland Hotel restaurants are included.
I just checked: Disneyland hotel: 2 adults, 3 days/2 nights, 2 parks, no food: €2,356.92! In that restaurant €100 per person for such a buffet?! Yeah, okay, the seafood is expensive, the characters are there, but my god! In the Netherlands we have all-you-can-eat restaurants, it costs €35 per person, including drinks! Sorry, but I wouldn't like to spend a fortune...or would I??? 😜
There are non character dining buffet restaurants in Disney from €40 per person including 1 drink but this is the character dining so you pay extra for the experience. Btw, when you check further away in low season (January 2025 for example) it’s €2.900,- for 6 days/5 nights for 2 adults for a superior room. So it can be cheaper than your example. It’s still expensive but it’s an 5-star hotel. I would love to experience it.. sometime😂❤
@@Marieke_NL Haha! yes, I know (and they know it too😆)! The last time I was at Disneyland was in 1992, at the Davy Crockett ranch 😅. So I'm thankful for the Sam videos, it's always fun! Anyway, I hope you get that Disney experience: Sending good vibes!🤗
I never got chance to visit the Disneyland Hotel before the renovation, so can't compare to before, but I'm surprised how basic the restaurant setting looks. The buffet looks well displayed, paintings nice but otherwise?.. Definitely wouldn't be paying that price even if I had the money.
The food looked amazing (especially the desserts) but I can’t believe there was only 4 characters. I was worried about this when I heard they were changing it, I loved having the random characters if you had dinner there. Also for my 18th birthday I went to something that they used to do called brunch and I loved it, they did themes like Cinderella or one hundred acre wood and you’d get to meet rare characters (we met lady tremaine and Anastasia and drisella on my birthday). My sister and I love meeting characters so I would have liked at least a princess for the price 🤷🏼♀️
Yes, I did Inventions Brunch few times and it was fun seeing the characters in their different outfits/themes. But I defo think the food quality and character interaction/setting is better now! Agree with another comment that it would have been better to have all 6 characters at every meal, though :)
IMHO - For 100 Euros, all 6 characters should be there. 🎉
Yesss!!!
I always love the outfits of the service-castmembers. Even the cleaning-crew in hotels, restaurants and in the parcs have amazing outfits and well themed !
Minnie really was the main character from this night😂 especially 27:23 got me laughing so hard. I need to book the hotel asap😂

I love your ears 😍
This buffet is stunning and the food options are awesome.
I also love the costumes of the characters, they are so cute!
Thank you 🥰 yeah, both food and characters were amazing!

The food and especially the desserts look so yummy! 😋 That’s a pretty rose dessert! 🌹 Minnie is a superstar! ⭐️😁

Very normal in France - but also, the restaurant is open from 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm, so obviously there’ll be later reservation slots too.

way way too basic for a 100€ buffet. where are the gourmet meals, the fois gras, the quiches, overwhelming choice of cheeses? Really disappointed

Yes, as long as you're staying in a Disney hotel, you can make a reservation for this restaurant for lunch x
The setting isn’t worth €100. Looks basic.
IMO I wouldn't be willing to spend €100 on a buffet, unless absolutely everything was a luxury food item

I do not like to eat at any buffets and especially one that costs 100 euros.
