    Some unsolicited tips:
    1) Preheat the sauna (towel over the head opening) before starting your session.
    2) Prevent heat from escaping by placing a towel around your neck in the sauna.
    3) Keep the sweat out of your face and eyes with a headband.
    4) Maximize time by meditating and/or practicing breathing exercises in the sauna. Classical music is great for this time as well.
    5) Place a rolled towel under your chin to relax your head.
    5) Have a fan and water nearby. After a long session, you may be prone to fainting. Falling and hitting your head is no good. Rest for a bit before walking around.

Also, I have this version and I dont use it, because putting this up is like putting together the worst tent ever. Get a foldable one instead without these pieces for the frame that never fit together. It takes 15 minutes to built up and down every time and you wont use the sauna as much.

I live in Puerto Rico, my sauna is outside my house....... or inside my house depending on the time of year.

I bought the serenelife, my only beef was that you basically need to be in it for the whole 30 + minutes while its heating up with only 10 of those minutes being sweaty, i decided to get a infrared wooden one that heats up on its own so when i get in after about 20 minutes of it heating its already hot.

I'm interested in these, but I've read they're not nearly as effective as a traditional sauna that gets to 200 F or so. Did you read about this at all? What was your thought process?

I use to own this Durherm portable sauna that I got from Amazon. Although it was expensive, I put it in the trash. I saw a video on RUclips, where someone tested its EMF levels, and it was really bad. They claim to be low EMF, but it's not true. Just search for the video and see for yourself.

I think you have wonderful channell shedding light on one of the biggest problems in modern society I think you have a wonderful opportunity to fill a gap that's missing on youtube to review numerous barefoot shoes and give it a score based on comfort affordability and multiple other factors .. and that would also cascade into making you more money as a result as someone like me who is looking to buy would most likey click on a offeliate link to buy a product recommened to them by someone who has experience wearing them

Just get a full size one thats portable. These tents are terrible and not comfortable. You can find one thats "full size" portable for around the same price. I found having my head sticking out is certainly not relaxing.
