I'd love to run but with Asthma and clicky knees with arthritis its not comfortable i have always loved cycling and use it to get around instead of driving too looking forward to hearing about your journey 😄👏💖🎉

P.s. definitely recommend the Hoka Clifton 9s, Nike Pegasus 39 or the Nike invincible 3s but it is all a bit of trial and error/finding what works for you:)

@@Leilahannoun no it shouldn't if you wear the right shoes and build up your running slowly . I am not sure why I got them as I wear the correct shoes and also wear special insoles which are moulded to my feet. Good luck with your running xxx
