    I’m really loving the running content. I started running about a year ago and just completed my first 1/2 marathon 🏃🏾✨ wishing you all the best!! I have been looking for more black folks who are runnin

    love watching how motivated u r. I was running but i allowed my depression to take over, hoping to start soon.

      I know the feeling girl 🥺 I feel like I've been in a depressive episode for so long now but I've realised working out is the one thing that ALWAYS makes me feel better - the hardest part is getting out the door, but you will never regret doing a workout and how it makes you feel afterwards! You've got this ❤

    Its so much nicer running outside. 🎉🎉🎉 treadmill's kinda overrated. Also ❤❤❤. Like a whole other world of it means to run.

    loved this! 8:15km/h really is quite slow for you maybe, I think it’s more important to maybe switch between slow runs and fast runs (whatever that means for you right now) - my fast is about 6:15 and my slow about 7:15-7:30, just from what I read it’s good to do both☺️ I will add water to a vest once I run longer than about 1:15h, and I guess if I get above 1:30h I will start eating - or maybe if I want to go pretty fast for a longer time?

    I keep procrastinating on my runs
    I have ran outside in 2 1/2 years and nervous in a different area in the city
    It would be cool to run over one of the London bridges

      you got this 💪🏽 have you looked at joining a running club so you don't have to run alone and you can get familiar with the running routes in your new area? i would also love to run in London! Kinda kicking myself that I didn't start running whilst I was still living there ❤

    Hello! I recommend to paint and trim your toenails to help protect them and do a knot runner on your shoes :) I really enjoy your vlogs :)

      Thank you! My knees aren't great either tbh but there are some great mobility moves and exercises you can do to help strengthen the muscles around your knees to protect them :) also a good pair of running shoes suited to your gait will make the world of difference! xx

    are those running shoes good also for wide feet? Thank you so much!!! I am now on your same journey to running more consistently, and I feel that I need new running shoes as the old ones are too tight and tend to squish my toes... thanks!!

      I'm not sure as I have quite narrow feet, but what I can say is that the material of the shoe is very stretchy and having narrow feet - I have to tie mine quite tight so I reckon they would probably work for different types of feet xx

      @@tashagreen Thank you so much! I managed to find the wide feet option of these shoes. Just did a 10k run in them... and I love them!! Also got the same socks, as they look too good together ahah :) thanks for the advice
