I have a patellar tendinitis AND a tibial periostitis/shin splint never cured after tens of physio sessions, strecthing massaging, strenghtening.. Nothing seems to work (especially the shin splint is very annoying, painful). Any advice on these? Awesome routine, thanks for sharing your knowledge!
I have naturally tight muscles, always have, could never touch my toes,one thing I noticed is I can jump farther or higher than my peers anyone else with tight muscles notice that ? I figure cause I’m wound up like a spring 🤷♀️
