I live is Louisville ky in summer,best live band in usa..jims & my birthday are the same day..i always tell folks if MMJ is around get ready,it's about to ROCK..
They should put this out on DVD, especially the entire concert (I imagine there was quite a bit un-aired, since their portion ran less than 25 minutes)! I guarantee I'd buy it!
Man those high notes the guitarist is hitting. Absolutely incredible, now I find myself searching for all of the background vocals on all of the My Morning Jacket tracks! Simply awesome, such a great band, life-changing

Yeah. That's how I came to know of them too, but the 2008 ACL, I believe. When they played War Begun & Jim's solo guitar part, I fell in 💘.
