It's only a matter of time before these things are as popular as Go Pros themselves. As amazing as the footage is, I'm dreading a day at the mountain accompanied by the mosquito buzzing sound of drones everywhere. That being said, I'm totally getting one for this upcoming season!

technology is incredible. what used to cost tens of thousands of dollars, require a helicopter, a steadicam, and an xpensive hd camera, is now available to just about anyone for less than a thousand bucks and weighs probably less than 5 pounds. unbelievable.

Remember when this came out originally and my mind being blown!! I really wanted to get a drone to actually film stuff and tried putting a GoPro on a Parrot Ar.Drone! The Dji Phantoms didn't even exist yet!

Yes, everything is filmed at 60p 720 in the wide mode and slowed down to 30fps. In post we did stabilization and a reverse fisheye effect (cc lens in AE) to reduce the fisheye.
Filmed in Bend, Quadcopter produced in Bend! Love it!

We like to use the Warp Stabilizer in After Effects/Premiere CS6
We use a custom programmed/configured Quadrino Multi-wii flight board
Did you film in 720P @ 60 FPS and used 30 FPS for slow-mo playback? But the footage doesn't look like that extreme wide-angle and not much curved?? Or is it filmed in 1080P and slowed down in video-processing?
Do you know how hard it is to do a front flip while in forward motion? Who is this guy? Awesome video!

what did you use to make your slow-motion look so smooth? When I shoot with the 60p 720 and then slow it down in Premiere Pro it get some jumping.

No, Batteries will not work as well in the cold, so you get a shorter flight time.
$2400 includes quadcopter thats ready to fly, 4 batteries, battery charger, nice controller, extra set of props, and access to our online training.

No FPV flying in this video. It was all done by line of sight. And sitting on a moving chair lift.

LOVE IT!!! You were flying FPV, RIGHT? Just got it going too, using my new Go Pro Hero3, a very inexpensive Quad (Walkera Turbo Ace X830) and some stabilization with Coremelt's Lock & Load. Check out my Video on RUclips or Vimeo, It's called "California Waters & Flight" and it's only 3 minutes... I've got a lot to learn, and I'm almost 60!!
