Kind of a dust on crust day but fun non the less! Andrew Orlich is a good friend and one of my favorite ski partners. He's one of those local rippers that's one of the best skiers on the hill but you may have never heard of because he's there to ski.
This lap was on the awesome Outback chair at Mt. Bachelor.

Love this series, really inspires me seeing the perfect execution of sendy resort skiing and just having a ripping blast of a run
thanks!!
This series is criminally under watched.
thanks William! I'm just getting it going, so its all good! Ive got hopes it will grow as I keep it going. Looking forward to shooting more of these soon!
Really really fun series. Every Bach episode reminds me that that place has some of the most variable snow conditions of anywhere I’ve ever skied.
haha its always changing up there! thanks and cheers!
Let’s go!!!
Keep the videos coming-please!
sick
Definitely a locals run, you guys know all the nooks and grannies
Seriously great footage. I looked up this mountain on google maps, and damn it’s cool, 360 degrees of fun. Just do your own thing. It’s not the steepest or biggest, but for sheer all mountain freestyle shredding this has to be, one, if not the best. How would you rate Bachelor? This is on my bucket list.
you are right on! its super fun, and wild that you can ski 360 off the top. pretty unique experience.
I moved here after living in Utah for 10 yrs and growing up in Wy, so I dont know how Id rate it , its pretty much a perfect happy medium. Worth checking out for sure.
Nice. Definitely on my to do list
Bro please continue this series, its so fun to watch and good to see real sends in the resort 🤙🏼 wouldn‘t mind if the laps were 6-7 mins long ;)
Great feedback! and that"s the plan! thanks!
Let's Take a nother Lap Videos are so SIKE. Please do more like that.
Thanks! and thats the plan, this is just the start of the series! shot a few last year, and now with the new snow Ill have some fresh ones coming soon!

Question for you - this is my favorite way and style of skiing in the slopes - finding little hits and bumps and jumps in every place possible. Overall I’m an advanced skier but still not super solid on jumps. I’m 6’2” and 200lbs and ski on Blizzard Rustler 9 at 188 length. My question is - do all these guys in your videos who ski this style of hitting lots of jumps - do they ski on shorter skis?
Yo, good style, I agree such a fun way to ski.
Im 5'9" 150lbs and ski 193s .
most of my friends similar size as me all ski 188-190+ and waists around 115-120 cms
the key to the little jumps, is all about the preload. dont focus on the lip, look at the compression in front of the lip, and press into it and youll naturally pop off the lip
@@sagePerspective oh wow! I never would have guest you guys are on skis that long! Thanks for the response! What’s the key to practicing or learning how to do 360s? We used to call them helicopters back in the day
@@upthegut5332 once youve mastered the pop, and preload, the trick to spinning is initiating through your hips.
@@sagePerspective Thanks! Also curious - the more jumping and big drops- do guys set their DIN levels higher to prevent coming out of their bindings too easily in impact?
