Over many years this is the one that I always received the most compliments, especially from men. Just ordered it again. Obsession is a sister fragrance and I love that one too.

Here in Brazil Tabu bottle is different. I think that one you bought has a better bottle, and btw Brazilian bottle doesnt have spray :)

I bought this several years back but immediately returned it. It just smelled cheap to me! But could be my nose has changed since then. 👍🏼
Doesn't surprise me. Some around me have felt the same, that it comes across a bit cheap smelling, especially the opening which is a bit harsh. However others like me, don't really get that. I think it's a super polarising scent! Great to see a comment from you though akhi. Hope you're well!

So did the Civet show up anytime? Animalic junkie here... ordered this just now with the hopes of some good animalics
I get a mild animalic muskiness in the drydown, but this is more about the sweet and slightly smoky amber/vanilla, warm spices from the cloves and cinnamon, with a slightly animalic muskiness possibly from the civet. Musc Kublai Khan from Serge Lutens is the better civet choice imo

Decades ago when I was a kid (16yo) I messed around with a girl (18yo)who wore tabu. She was lovely, and extraordinary. Her scent was faint but specific … spicy!

I don't understand why people making $700 a week and always have the body odor fly around. Doesn't mean you can buy something expensive .But they sale some cheap perfume that can help you. DAMN.
