The motor was still Lexus smooth, super impressive. Original exhaust system. Food for thought, our Durango SRT can get 20+ on the highway if you keep it below 80. Does the Durango feel like it could do 400k? Maybe but can’t imagine what type of maintenance it would need to get there.

What's missing in the Yank version is the 4.5 liter turbo diesel V8 you get in other markets, like Australia. In a place that has more speed cameras than kangaroos, all you need is enough get up and go to keep up, and the diesel version does that admirably. It also works well on the minesite.

My dad had an old Toyota hatchback which had covered over 300000 miles when we sold it and emigrated (it was then 28 years old) and it was still running really well, despite a cambelt failure years before. I am trying to understand the price logic, 90,000 U.S $ You can get a Lexus LX for that price

Virtually the same as the LX. I have the LC because I love the legacy and heritage of the Land Cruiser name.

Yeah I’m not crazy and the stupid lights things. It cool if you’re a volunteer fire fighter. But other than that it’s stupid. I’ll put my money into a supercharger instead.

It’s a shame priced these things like an M3 instead of a Toyota. Woulda been cool to own one of these. But there’s only a select few that’s mental enough to give Toyota that much money for a dinosaur.
