I absolutely agree! I ordered my GT sight unseen, obviously there were none to test drive. I expected it to be a more exciting turbo, I was so wrong. It’s an entirely different experience. It’s everything you expect from a physics defying Porsche GT. Also, I did change over to 22” pirelli all seasons immediately on delivery as I live in the NW. Can’t wait to feel the corsas when weather allows. As soon as I stop freaking out about getting a scratch, it’s hitting PIR.

Because of the W and Y speed ratings, the back of the car is only allowed to go 168mph while the front is allowed to go 185mph. But I figured that’s OK because the back should certainly not be passing the front. In bad weather. The corsas are rated over 185.
Okay, so today was my FIRST Day driving in the real world... My instructor (Papa) just spontaneously asked me if I wanna ride on the highway today (if I feel comfy in doing so)? I thought about it for a little while and said yes after. He gave me directions and I just drove... I drove a total of 48.8 km today (non-stop). And it was SO MUCH FUN! Why I'm writing this on your channel, the reason is that... When we ended up on a narrow road where some construction was going on and we couldn't go further and had to go back, I used the technique of using all three pedals to reverse the car like you told us to do when downshifting a car. And that cane in SOO HANDY! I LOOOVe this technique, it's so simple! And the other one was the simplest thing but made a world of difference in how smoothly I drove... That was from watching the vid you posted before this one. You were putting your car in neutral while decelerating in traffic/red light, I did the same. All in all, my father's impressed af. And he's proud he's calling everyone to tell them that I am finally a fine driver now. We drove in the narrowest of corners of our town and the highway and the city, it was SO MUCH FUN!) Thanks for putting these vids out Ted, they're really helpful and it made my learning curve a bit less curvy and way too much fun! The Turbo GT sure is a nice and fast af Cayenne. But honestly i’m keeping my 2014 (958.1) Porsche Cayenne S Diesel (Remapped to 450 hp and 1000 nm). It does 0-62 in 4.8 seconds and sounds like an absolute monster even if it’s a diesel. And even with such amazing performance i get 30 mpg on average. Greetings from Sweden! 🇸🇪
This video especially makes me appreciate my porsche macan. It's nothing even comparable to this beast, but it makes me love being in the porsche family even more. One day I hope to have a cayenne GTS or Turbo. Turbo GT is a dream. I'd never go lamborghini, ferrari or anything else in the SUV category over this. Praying I can get in before all electric.
About the light steering feel Tedward mentioned, I think it's 100% the winter tires. I've got the same setup on my Turbo GT and there is a noticeable lightness on the Scorpion Winter tires vs the PZero Corsa's that come from the factory. The Corsa's turn this car into an absolute weapon, so if you enjoyed it on the winter tires, I highly recommend you drive another equipped with the summer times.
I don't really like the "coupe" style of SUV's and crossovers, but I feel like Porsche can somehow make me like them. Porsche can really make any type of car look good, at least to me
I would like to see somebody dyno this car. One Porsche horsepower is typically worth 1.2 hp in most other exotic manufacturers, regarding statistical performance numbers. The exhaust note can’t be recorded with any justice. Just sayin. This car is crazy fun at any speed. I’m still under 600 miles so still breaking in but I can’t seem to pass 13 miles per gallon even highway cruise control. Probably because I can’t resist the fun of the acceleration.
If only a Cullinan had this vibrancy at high rpm, when it sadly sounds so breathless and thrumming from camshaft profiles designed only for low rpm torque? ✨
Too vibrant an exhaust note for best daily chilling out. One does need to chill...... occasionally. It’s a great exhaust given two turbos which usually stifle an exhaust note. ✅

Bruh 10 piston brake caliper!? I never knew that was a thing. I always thought the biggest was 6 piston. Also you know this thing can brake good when the rotors are nearly the same size as the rim.
I feel like Cayennes get a bit too much of the "sUv BaD" attitude. I've heard most people describe these as essentially big 911s. Maybe I'm biased because my dream car is a 718 Cayman, but I digress.
Urus is kinda pointless, IMO. I would rather spend modest money for a people mover SUV (Telluride) or minivan(Sienna) and get a proper GT4RS or 911 GTS4.0. Better way to spend 200k on cars IMO. Stress free everyday car and a car that is proper fun. One size fits all means it has to give something up. But if I am wealthy enough to very easily afford to spend 200K on a car for myself... I probably don't need to compromise.
No, The TGT is faster. They created the DBX in response to the Turbo GT, but fell short. The Turbo GT is still faster in every measurable way. Not to mention the DBX is ugly as hell. It looks like an alien catfish.

I am at ~500 miles in mine, and have managed to get 19mpg on the interstate, with the adaptive cruise set at 79mph.
