Thank you dear Marissa, your video is just what I needed to see in order to document my recent trip back to the UK. Unfortunately the occasion was my mother's funeral so I wasn't originally going to document it, but since returning home I've realised that I'd like to document the days either side of that sad day. X

Thank you so much for sharing your story. I'm deeply sorry to hear about the loss of your mother.
I think documenting the days surrounding that solemn occasion through scrapbooking may be a beautiful idea. It allows you to capture the poignant memories, reflections and moments of that trip in a visually creative way. The journaling opportunities provide a space to process complex emotions as well.
While the main reason for your travel was heartbreaking, I'm sure there were still meaningful experiences, connections with loved ones, and details around honoring your mother's life that are worth preserving. A scrapbook allows you to interweave all those elements together seamlessl

So awesome! I went to Morocco years ago and have no photos. Your video brought back a lot of memories. Thank you

I'm so glad to hear that my video on creating a scrapbook travel journal for my trip to Morocco brought back fond memories of your own journey there years ago!
For your Moroccan adventure pages, you could use printouts of stock images or illustrations to set the scene and evoke the vibrant sights you recalled. Layering these with your own journaling, ephemera like ticket stubs or brochures if you have them, and decorative elements like Moroccan-inspired patterns or colors can make for a rich visual story.

I really enjoyed your video. I appreciate you sharing your ideas with us. I recently took a trip and just finished documenting it; however I was trying to be in the present moment and didn't take as many pictures as I thought. Looking forward to more of your videos❤

Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm delighted to hear that you enjoyed the video and found the ideas helpful for documenting your recent travels.
I can completely relate to the struggle of trying to balance being present in the moment versus capturing enough photos and memories. It's a fine line to walk when you're immersed in the experience of a new place. The most important thing is that you were able to truly soak it all in.
I'm so glad you're looking forward to more videos. I have plenty of travel journaling content ideas in the works. Feel free to let me know if there are any specific techniques or themes you'd love to see covered. Your feedback helps shape future videos!
Wishing you many more amazing adventures to document. Happy journaling!

Hi Marissa. I love your videos. They are so well thought out and organized. I have learned a lot from you. Where did you get the “I am a traveler stamp”? I did not see a link to it. Thanks.

Hi there! Thank you so much for your kind words about my videos - I really appreciate the feedback. I'm glad to hear you've been finding the content helpful and that my organized approach resonates with you.
Great question about the "I am a traveler" stamp I used! That one is actually from a stamp set by The Traveler's Company. Unfortunately, I didn't include a link for it in the description box because I can't find it online. I bought it years ago, so I'm not sure if the specific design is still available.
