    300 Reps Full Body Challenge🔥
    How to complete?
    ✅ Perform each movement x 30 Reps
    🔴 Rest 30-60 seconds in between movements
    (take longer rest based on your fitness level) Let's do this! 🔥
    1. AIR SQUATS
    2. JUMPING JACKS
    3. PLANK + TOE TOUCHES
    4. SQUAT + HEEL TAPS
    5. PLANK + KICKBACKS
    6. SQUAT + SIDE RAISES
    7. JACK LUNGES
    8. REVERSE LUNGES
    9. POP SQUATS
    10. PLANK JACKS
