I just saw this show in Portland, Oregon and it was exhilarating- I’ve been a long time fan of Aoife but this combination of her and this particular band (Hawktail) is nothing short of magical. I loved EVERY song. I was so thrilled to find this video posted. If you are reading this and you have the opportunity to catch any of her shows on this tour DO IT! It’s a transporting experience! ❤
Aoife couldn’t ask for a better backing band - I do miss Dominick Leslie’s mandolin but he’s pretty busy touring with MT& Golden Highway….Got to meet Aoife and Brittany back in the days of Crooked Still and Paul Kowert (he once let me try out his incredible bass!!) and Jordan Tice performing separately at house concerts in NY - incredible musicians all. Hope I can catch a show before it’s too late. Thanks for posting this! 👍👍🫶🏼
