1. Apka pranayam sequence perfect hai.. kapalbhati fir anulom vilom fir omkar.. 2. Aap pranayam krne k 20-30 minutes bad bhojan kha sakte hai 3. Apko bhojan k bad pranayam k liye 4 to 5 hrs ka gap rakhna hota hai...yani ki Khali pet..isliye pranayam subah prefer kiya jata h ...but aap 4/5 hrs k bad sham ko bhi kr sakte hai...
