Here in Alberta Canada we called those sleepers coffin sleeper because it was like sleeping in a coffin. But it was way better than sleeping across the front seats in your semi.

This is exactly what I wanted to do to mine way back in the late 80's but I ended up getting married and had a few kids so that ended that idea.
