I Made My OWN Developer Tools In DEAD RISING

Capcom made sure to strip Dead Rising of all it's ability to render Debug text onto the screen, or draw any sort of "Menu" or graphical interface. In retaliation, I decided to just make my OWN.

Capcom should really consider hiring Stip0 for the 20 year anniversary Dead Rising Remaster. His input would be so valuable. If Resident Evil and Devil May Cry could make such awesome revivals, I don’t see why Dead Rising cant make a great comeback as well. They just have to get the right people.
