I saw one today but it think the best way to go about this is to negotiate with the companies making these busses so that some part of the production process can be in Ghana maybe the final assembly so as to create jobs for the people too. This will not only create jobs but provide the experience required to do things like this and move the country forward. this is just my opinion that's all
This is very good initiative but without good system, this good hard work thing will be nothing I have been experiencing similar thing in where I am and since there is good system, the buses are always in good condition.
Teachers don't need a designated bus to transport them to their place of work. That's laziness. They are equally workers and they should organise themselves to get to work on time. That's what we all do in the UK. In the morning, afternoon, and evening, or night time, you will see teachers, doctors, nurses, engineers, cleaners, etc. Everyone on the train, bus, cycling, walking to work. You are even lucky to have an express bus. This is the best the government can do, and that is strengthening the transportation system in the country for everyone's proficiency.
A bus driver has to do a Pre-Trip inspection by checking everything tire, indication lights, air breaks systems leakages, wipper, mirrors, glasses, seats, handles, electric function board , batteries, fans, heats, aircondition, and all Guage ,door functions, cash & card register system ,camera system, all vehicle operetional documents must be current including drivers license ,and drivers conduct, but The only thing I heard him say is drivers conduct
Ghana, we have problems. we are softening from 4 to 5 years till now, and that it reached the election time now they are buying buses and commission trains and we are happy Ghana 🇬🇭 our eyes not open All Ghanaian, we are not stupid, and we don't have. You don't have sense What is happening you Ghanaians don't see travel and see
@@emmanuelmolai4888 So what? They should not bring out the buses to help them win? That is what incumbents in every polity do. Those buses are meant to stay whether they win or not. Politicians are self-serving. Even when they are doing good, they have to play it for their benefit. You are just not happy because the NPP is making your NDC look bad.
The driver mentioned that there were seats available in the electric bus for those that are disabled. But he didn't mention any seats being available for pregnant women and those carrying children.
Where are the ayalolo buses, ghana our main problem is maintainance if we dont maintain it well it will be the same as the previous buses that has been unfunction due to maintainance
Kuffour buses are still in the system so Ayalolo could have survived if Ntim Gyakari had bought a good buses..don't blame it on maintenance but the buyer because we are still battling with Ntim Gyakari's ambulances till now
Tapngo but no information about where to get the card. I smell a lot of rush to score political points instead of planning things through and through. I hope things get figured out quickly to make it work.
70 hours sen ? And also will it only stop at bus stops or it can stop at anywhere. Because charging ghc6 from Adenta to Accra , and if someone is to get on board on the way. Will the person have to pay the same price ?
5 years later bad roads and poor maintenance have lunched these buses into abysmal states and admitted at the mechanic. God forbid this from happening. Amen.
It looks like the driver is not happy, because, everything is digitized. No conductor to make extra tickets to collect for himself. No ntwobo. Bawumia agu golo boys adwuma.
6 cedis from Adanta to Accra ? How ? even 1 pound is 21 ghc ! This is where the trouble comes when U later change the fare . You should always be Honest about things you introduced in Ghana.
Electric buses were introduced in Ghana during the late 70s and 80s by the now defunct O.S.A. (OMNIBUS SERVICES AUTHORITY), so this is not something new in Ghana.
These buses are also used in New York city ! Aburokyire aba Ghana ! Addo SHOW BOY ! We need more of those not nkok) ne mprako ne gyata, asebo nonsense ! Ghana is a developing nation and needs to move forward by critical thinkers and visionary Leaders

Election gimmicks ....they didn't manage the ayalolo all these years and election times they bring in these buses ..also why Accra only .? Why not kumasi cape and taadi ? 100 buses 25 for 4 major capitals there's already ayalolo in Accra ...
I hope goats, chicken, guinea fowls, are not allowed on these eco-friendly newly buses because that is something common with people travelling in the country. Some of us Africans are very dirty people and lack knowledge on keeping anything looking beautiful, i am pleading with the public please let not that happens to these beautiful buses.😊
So of all the good quality and modern electric buses available, these are the ones Bawumia and the NPP could import into the country? Ghana deserves better.
As usual, the propagandist are not thinking of the general good these buses will bring, but their parochial power drunk interest. What is bad about them? "Skin pain" and the politics is too much.
This great. I cant wait to visit Ghana. Watching from Tanzania
Only Ghana people see electric bus and they are jubilation
Hmmmmm Ghana we need to stand up

Maintainance always starts with the Pre-Trip inspection, which most drivers don't pay attention to
If all the embezzled public funds were to invest in this, Ghana would be great 👍😃
Very informative!
Thanks for the sub!😊❤
Is the something in my city will done Ghana ❤❤❤
I really wish some of these buses are given to the primary schools to cushion the transportation woes of teachers

Bank cards or Ghana cards can be used to top up for the touch and go busses. It's done in London.
It's possible 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Wow very nice and beautiful ❤❤❤
Madam reporter, you keep saying car. This is not a car. It is a bus. Know the difference. Thank you

Nice. This system in America bus transit system and China bus system❤
i think this buses needs it's own road to prevent Accident on the main road especially that Accra to
Kumasi highway
In book the bus takes 44 people but in reality the bus takes more time 100 people.
Do they have these buses in other regions as well
This is piloting then later they will send to the all regions.Don’t worry.ok.Thanks
Please it is bus not car.
There is different between a car and a bus please use the right word lady.
Its possible
Aircon throughout your journey ! Wow. How 6 cedis ? It's too cheap oo
Train yourself well and ask intelligent questions
Excellent are these buses running all over Accra, Tema and Nsawam or it’s only Adenta-Accra for now
How do we get the tap and go card and what time will the car depart
Akuffo Addo is taking west to Ghana.
God bless you Nana with more years in good strength.
There are no EV buses in many western countries. This is a Chinese thing.

I’m not in Ghana 🇬🇭 but this type of bus is very common .
My sister, the vehicle is a BUS not a Car. Thanks
Asemoo oo 😂😂😂😂
After 3 months then this no more busses
I think it will be so expensive to run in Ghana ! The Windows screen cannot work in Ghana

Bleeding is allowed; IT IS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Too little too late.
Is it the end or close of Ghana? Ghana is not coming to an end we will continue and our grandchildren will come and continue.
Automatic is the easiest car / bus to drive.
This means anyone with good driving abilities can easily drive.

I will expect the transportation fare on these busses will reduce as compared to the petroleum fuel powered vehicles.

The price is fixed no matter the distance

It's a bus not a car
JM should have used the money for such great projects to fund the slay queens in East Legon
Mzbel and Tracey won't let him
JM brought Aayalolo buses with Internet...
This is a BUS not a car, you can even call it LORRY, or Vehicle for generalization!!
These are not cars Ms. reporter, they are called buses. But on a serious note, are these buses only operating in just Accra areas?🥸
5 years later bad roads and poor maintenance have lunched these buses into abysmal states and admitted at the mechanic. God forbid this from happening. Amen.
The bues got a turnstile gated funny
How about if someone is traveling with a child, the child should also pay? Explain that please

Madam presenter, you keep on saying car, it's a bus.
Our roads are bad.
A BUS
So, what are u going to do with the hundreds of ayalolo buses sitting in the depot yard?
Hundreds of buses are parked due to poor maintenance. If we cannot maintain diesel buses, can we handle EV buses? Hmmmm
There should be a separate road for these busses beside the main road 🛣️
All buses in any part of the world use the same route. It is not different from other road users.
6 cedis from Adanta to Accra ? How ? even 1 pound is 21 ghc ! This is where the trouble comes when U later change the fare . You should always be Honest about things you introduced in Ghana.
Fuel prices are what make fares of buses using petrol and diesel expensive. Electric and solar powered machines are cheaper.
I don't think my Kumasi people's will take this bus apuuuu 😂😂😂
They like trotro than anything 😊
Fare ,Madam not price

Why do people have to stand on the bus
Go and ask the Americans and the Europeans who made them
No one stand on the bus but they stand in the bus which is normal practice worldwide.
😅eiiii it done in every developed country it not compulsory
Silly question 😮

Foreigners speak different languages. Should they be trained in, french, mandarin etc??
Ayalolo has better facilities than these buses.
Let's maintain them well and not allow them to deteriorate
Tell us what facilties were better?
