Thanks for replying! what I meant is do I need a work permit in my case ? and if not , will my passport and Visa type D and marriage certificate suffice ? since my employer is a owner of private company and he spoke to his tax assistant about hiring me but she is saying that there are some difficulties.
@@fadymabrouk4918 I am not anymore familiar about meaning of types of VISA, but if you are married to a Polish citizen you do not need a job to apply for a residence permit + if you are only with a visa student absolutely you can work without a work permit.
Thanks for taking the time to explain , I spoke to my employer , he is saying that for the meanwhile he can't provide a full work contract while I haven't got my residence card yet , but there is an alternative which is mandate contract ( umowa zlecenie ) . How long did it take them to process your TRC?
for me it was around 6 7 months, last one was 4 months
