Okay. I got the two Li'l Cactus sightings in Jungle of Visions with Kevin leading an all-guys party. Photographed 'em, even. Doing a Playthrough with Riesz leading an all-girls party, so I'm guessing I'll get the Night Cavern locations. Later, I'll consider doing a party representing victimized nations led by Duran to get to the Crystal Desert.
the Cactus number #48 in the Night Cavern is on ("Night Cavern IV") on the East of the map, it will be on your right after the mobs. Update: the Cactus number #49 on the map Night Cavern is on ("Night Cavern VI") as soon as you enter, on your right it will be some stones shaped like a leader, the Cactus will be on the other side, or if you walked straight it will be on the right of the 2 Dragons + 1 Dark ninja. thanks for the video man it helped so much.

Hey, why doens't Lil' Cactus spawn in Crystal Sands? What in the world, it even shows me that I've collected him even though I've never been there before! ಠ-ಠ
This is literally the only tough trophy in this game. Secret of mana had several tough ones.... No wonder there is soo many plats on this one.. I plat Secret of Mana and I have not done this one yet..... Is any of the Cactus missables? Thanks

I just found out, eventually after a few hours of playing you get a way to travel around. So you can go back and get everything you missed
