Great VIDEO clearly and throughly explained everything!! I took the part to the store with me and we immediately notice it was bigger and wouldn't fit. The one I needed was $210 more but it took 10 minutes to install. I love how you provided the sizes of the tools that were needed. $ STARS!!

Thanks! How do I know my alternator has gone bad? My batteries are new though. The error I first saw was - Battery Saver Active and it’s at about 11..something when I jump start it and let it run. It also has a funny whizzing sound. Thanks

@@joshuarozario5654 best way to test it, is with a multimeter. The whizzing sound might actually be the the alternator charging, sometimes they make alittle bit of noise.

@ , this was helpful! Yes, my alternator is showing the same voltage as the battery, which I’m guessing means it’s not producing any electricity?

@ , yes, So I had to jumpstart it and then I tested the battery too (which is new but low on charge) and both (battery and alternator) of them gave me the same reading - about 11 something…

mines is also doing the whizzing sound
