Over the past few weeks I’ve walked you through how to choose, setup and optimize your amazon ads. But based on your comments and emails, there is one thing I didn’t really cover when it comes to amazon ads and that is how to fix your amazon ads.
What to do if you’re not getting impressions?
What if you’re getting impressions but little to no clicks?
Worse yet, what if you’re getting clicks but no sales?
So in today’s video I’m going to tell you how to fix your amazon ads.
And the good news is that ALL of the fixes are fairly easy to do.
So let’s get started:
Customer journey:
- They type into search
- Amazon Algorithm choses what ads to show
- Customer sees ads (impressions)
- Customer clicks on ads (clicks)
- Customer buys product (sales)
Q1 - What do I do if I have little to no impressions?
Q2 - What do I do if I have impressions but little to no clicks?
Q3 - What do I do if I have clicks but no sales?

My niche is too competitive because, when I amp up the bid, my book FLIES off the shelf and I lose money. LOL The only solution is for me to find better targets. Thanks for highlighting all the potential problems.
You’re quite welcome. Might I say, if, when upping your bid, the book “flies off the shelf” that tells me you could probably charge a bit more. This may help your ads become more profitable.

I believe I answered this on another video comment you made but here it is again, for others to see:
1. Click on your Ad Campaign.
2. Click on Campaign Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select the hyperlink that says "Preview Ad."
This will show you what your ad currently looks like.(Including ad copy)

Another reason that might cause poor click rate is lack of reviews (or poor quality)
Very good point. That is definitely a possibility for not getting as many clicks.
Using emoji's in description is against amazon toc.

That's odd. I'm wondering if the person you spoke to was ill-informed. I've spoken, at length, with numerous team leads on the KDP team and have confirmed with them that "enhanced bullet points" are completely fine. As long as they're not inappropriate in nature.
