Programming a Nissan Altima Intelligent Key with Autel Maxisys ms906bt

- I used a Autel Maxisys ms906bt tool to program aftermarket intelligent keys to a 2007 nissan altima. To program new keys to this year make and model you do NOT need a pin code. When programming these keys all keys must be erased from the cars memory. So make sure you have all of the keys you want to start the car on hand when you do the programming. Any keys not programmed during this procedure will no longer work for the vehicle. I didnt see how to program these keys anywhere on youtube so since I learn half of what I know from youtube I thought I would return the favor and make a video

Very easy to program the key fob. It doesn't require a PIN code.
Great video, I was about to give up because for some reason my brand new Autel IM508 key programmer kept failing to do the key registration, it kept saying it could be the incorrect pin code or the steering might be unlocked and if I would retry it it would say it failed to communicate with the ecu. Same thing happened with my Matco scanner.
so I finally pulled out my old Autel MS906TS and it worked no problem...

Nice key programming video,I know Launch X431 V and diagun can do key programming on Nissan Ford Dodge and no need pin code.
Some car model need pin model and to get a PIN number you have to have a LSID locksmith Identification.
How to the key programming, for nissan remote start key ?

I have a 2012 Altima all key lost. I have a autel maxisys elite + jbox. When I go thru the procedures, it says "acquire immobilizer pin for initialization from the following encrypted code...." And it shows a A6242 encrypted code and it is editable (meaning I can change it). If I proceed (with a 4-digit pin generated from the encrypted code by a generator) , it will say "The operation is incomplete." Do I have the right encrypted code? Do I need to get to the BCM to get the code? Why autel says "the following encrypted code, then allow you to edit it. Is the A6242 just a random code and I HAVE TO remove the dash panel to get to the BCM to get the code?
@Vatslav Orlov Autel could not do it (for my 2012 altima. I ended up using a Launch X431. Autel has a lot of buggy but I am sure X431 also.

I did this same procedure but only 1 remote out of 3 will work using the buttons and proximity. The other 2 will crank vehicle as long as it's in the slot. 2007 Altima. All aftermarket key fobs. Using launch x431 pro3s+
Hey, not sure if you would know, but I have the same tool, same vehicle and the first try programming went through fine to initialize but failed during programming and now it's asking for a 4 digit pin but gives me the encrypted key.
I have Maxisys MS906bt: It has the program for keys but would not program key, It did erase the opiginal key ugh. I Called Autel support and they said the MS906bt would not program any keys. They said you need an IM or better tool. How did you get it to work so effortlessly???? Signed FRUSTRATED!
Unfortunately the support member you contacted must be mistaken. It programs a select amount of vehicles and the Nissan altima is one of those vehicles. What happens when you try to program the key

Smooth like a pro. What is vehicle coverage? Up to 2011 or up to latest models
The scanner gets updates on all models. When you buy the scanner the updates are free for a year. All year makes and models. After the year the update for another year is around 900

J Kidd My friend has a 07 Nissan Altima and she lost her keys. I have a Autel MaxiCheck Mx808 scanner. She bought a key fob for her can not sure if I could program her new key fob.
I'm not sure about the model you are using. If you see immo as an option when you pluggin to the car then you should be able to

I have a question. What if I only have one key & the key turns on all the lights on the dash board. It also unlocks and locks the car but it doesn’t want to start it including the key light on the dash shows up. Will the autel be able to still program the key?

Was trying to program a key for a 2005 mitsubishi colt with my autel ms906.It gets to a point it asks for a password??Is this autel's term for a 'pin code'?I put in a generic mitsubish pin code,but the start of the key registration process timed out?Anyone advise on the Autel term 'password'?Thanks.

hey boss where did you get your scanner and how much are they going for. where ever you bought it from will they honor full warranty and does the free one year update does it come pre loaded let me know please
Amazon is where I purchased it. New it comes with one year of updates. Software will. Need to be update right away to work. Software is pre loaded on tablet. 1200 is probably the best price new. Well worth it
@@jkidd9558 so from date of receiving you'll update n you'll be able to update for one year right. Do you have to register it with Amazon incase scanner has issues. I'm just trying to figure out who I go to for related issues of scanner. Thanks for your time
@@victornaja7927 yes the updates are good for one year. The warranty from amazon prevents you getting a bad scanner. The warranty from autel is good for a year after. Either warranty I would assume would be good to replace the unit. I have never had a problem with it.

Hey i have a Question. What do you do if all key's lost. You order a new key. How do you get the Vehicle to come on with the New Key with the Autel
For this type of vehicle all keys are erased by this process, even valid keys. In the video I state that all keys must be present at the time of programming or even the old keys will no longer work. This works like a all keys lost function
@@jkidd9558 No i mean the c/s lost all keys we ordered new ones. So when i stick the key fob(blank) in the memory slot how can i get the autel to turn the ignition on so i can read the ecu.
With the new keys blank chip the ignition will not turn on.
@@Stage2_392 since I no longer have that vehicle I wouldn't be able to test it to find out. I believe just getting in the car, pressing the brake and the on button should power it on, it just won't start until the key is programmed?

They sell for around 1200 on Ebay, they come with some extras when you buy it there. I also purchased a maxiscope for mine off of offerup. You can find deals if you look for them

@@jkidd9558 can this do commands for your evap system like turn your evap vent solinoid on and off. Will it do compression test on gm vehicles
@@turbot6592 yes on the evap systems, compression tests are usually a physical test with a compression tester. I am unaware of a test that is done without it.
