    INGREDIENTS:
    For Cooking Brinjal:
    Brinjal (बैंगन ) - 1
    Oil (तेल) - 2 spoon
    Water (पानी)
    For Baingan Bharta:
    Mustard Oil (सरसो का तेल) - 2 spoon
    Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
    Asafoetida (हींग) - 1/4 tsp
    Garlic (लहसुन )
    Onion (प्याज़)
    Ginger (अदरक )
    Green Chili (हरी मिर्ची )
    Green Garlic (हरा लहसुन )
    Tomato (टमाटर )
    Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
    Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
    Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर ) -1 tsp
    Salt (नमक)
    Cooked Brinjal (पका हुआ बैंगन)
    Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
    For Naan:
    Wheat Flour (गेंहू का आटा) -1 cup
    All Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 1 cup
    Salt (नमक)
    Sugar Powder (पिसी चीनी)
    Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा) - 1/2 spoon
    Refined Oil/Butter(रिफाइंड तेल/बटर) - 1-1.5 spoon
    Curd (दही) - 3 spoon
    Lukewarm Water (कुनकुना पानी) - 1/2 cup
    Nigella Seeds/Onion Seeds (कलोंजी)
    Fennel Seeds (सौंफ़)
    Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
    Butter/Ghee (बटर/घी)
    RECIPE:
    Wash the Brinjal & wipe it. Apply Oil on it & cut it in 4 parts. Then take a cooker, put Oil in it & cook the Brinjal. Put some drops of Water in it & wash the Cooker Lid & cover it. Give it 1-2 whistle. Keep it for cooling down & peel it.
    Take a pan, put Mustard Oil, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, chopped & roasted Garlic, finely chopped Onion, grated Ginger, Green Chilies, Green Garlic, Tomatoes & mix them all & cook them. Then put Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt then put cooked Brinjal & mix it well. Mash it & cook it for 2-3 mins more. Garnish the Baingan Bharta with Coriander Leaves.
    For Naan, take some Wheat Flour, All Purpose Flour, Salt, Sugar Powder, Baking Soda, Oil/Butter, Curd & bind the soft dough with Lukewarm Water. Cover it for 30 mins. Then knead the dough & apply Oil on it. Make dough balls, roll them, put Nigella Seeds, Fennel Seeds & Coriander Leaves. Roll it again then apply Water on the back side. Cook the Naan on Tawa & then cook it on direct flame as shown in video. Serve the Tasty Baingan Bharta with Naan.
