Maybe you should choose another type of fabric. I don't know what you called it there but in my place its called 'ceruti hycon'. It fall beautifully and have some sand texture to it but it will fly gracefully when the wind hit it.

Haha if you make a nice 2 pc that is also beginner friendly that shows how to sew on a collar , would would be nice and love to watch it. Made my first pair of shorts last week didnt do the shirts yet. Cuz I’m a plus size, ultimately my goal is to make my own qipao/Chongsam.

@@meredithmaycollection haha have to wait. Chinese Halloween this month so mom said can’t cut fabric for a month. Resume in second week of sept lol 😂…. But will probably be far cause need to learn to make a shirt and sew curves . I tagged u on Fb I didn’t know if u saw on a drape kinda sleeve for ur dresss I thought would look nice for the purple

@kegabutanid I did look up that fabric and it's a mix of polyester and silk. Will have to consider that for the next one ;)
