So before I realized what was happening I agreed to polygraph testing .. I took 2 and passed both with flying colors. Normal people would be happy and say Omg I'm glad you're truthful with me. I quickly realized that no matter what I did or said it would never be enough. According to him I never took the test (he was at the 2nd one) the man doing the test is someone I must've done sex acts with or he has decided the first time I went I was actually meeting with some bf I have. The stories are So unreal and so damn dumb but this man will stand behind his lies until he dies. I am so glad I'm dang near 18 months out, we have kids so it doesn't stop him from coming up with new stories to run me into the ground but it doesn't work, I just don't care about any lie he wants to tell.

Sounds familiar. My friend and her narcissist met up sometimes, then he wanted to meet up with her again, when she arrived at his house, he would record her suddenly saying that she was in front of his house stalking him and smear that she was stalking him, whole time he was begging her to come at his place. Til this day she still doesn't know why he suddenly is telling everyone she's stalking him, it happened very random and she didn't even knew his friends or family they had no mutual contacts and out of the blue and this kind of smearcampaign is very weird, I hear it from more people but there isn't much content about it

My ex narcissistic try to offer me to take me out on a date to a fancy restaurant. Mind you we are at a restaurant with our kids co-parenting. At first I thought of going but then I change my mind and told him no I don’t wanna go after all. I try to explain why I didn’t want to go. My ex stood quiet, he stop trying to talk to me. He doesn’t eat his dinner, when I ask why he doesn’t want to eat he said he lost his appetite. Then he starts to sing to himself I found weird. Then he walked us to my car, he gives me money for gas and tells me go put gas on your bucket car smh I know he said that on purpose to get me upset.

They put themselves into a superior mind set; think of it like a delusion or a fantasy that they need for it to be true, otherwise they are left with feeling the inferiority which destroys them and they don’t want to feel that at all costs. So now picture them being on the stage. They want to be front and center stage and they want to be the star. They want to get all of the admiration from the audience. This is why their nearests and dearests are their victims because the narcissist wants you to only be the audience clapping for them. They do not want you on the stage. If you get up there, on the stage, they will fight with you, to get you off and put you back into your place, as the audience, clapping for them. Conclusion: if you want to get along with a narcissist, you have to be a nothing and a nobody around them. That would be impossible. But some players might do this just to get laid. And for a short period of time, because it would be that hard. Just an explanation to help you to see it. A type of analogy.
Ok and the, keep getting mad, even if there is no contact is because you once served as an audience to them and they want that back. They see you as an object. Like a toaster. You were the toaster that clapped for them and now they want that back. They felt like a star, on the stage, interacting with you. Alls they have to do is beat that toaster a little bit to make it work right again and then they can go back to playing, the star of the show, feel good about themselves, you help them keep that delusion, that fantasy, alive so that they don’t have to feel that inferiority and feel destroyed by it.
