Arthur Ashe statue is not on Arthur Ashe Boulevard. The cobblestone section of Monument Ave is in The Fan. The street between Monument and Broad is not Main. That is farther south. The Museum District is not "also known" as The Fan, they are neighboring, but different. MD is west of Arthur Ashe Boulevard and Fan is east.

Lived in the Fan as a kid but haven't been back to RVA for 30 years. Getting nostalgic!

Hey yall, the Fan and Museum District are two different neighborhoods. Least you can do is know the city you're trying to sell.

    Great touring info., thank you.
You gentlemen just helped saving me $50 to $60 from another round trip bus ride to Richmond after my 1st visit in 2018.
🤔 I wonder if you happen to know any true story of haunted houses in Richmond (?).
In Japan, a haunted house can be rented for "a lot cheaper" than a no-haunted one. 🕊️✌️
