  • Easy Tteokbokki-4 ingredient recipe ready in less than 10 minutes- 떡뽁이 만들기 delicious, simple, & fast. A popular Korean dish~
There are a lot of different ways to make tteokbokki (this is my favorite and is the quickest/most simple), here are the 4 ingredients I use when making this fast & delicious recipe~
    -3/4 cup of water 물
    -2tbs of white sugar 설탕
-2tbs of Gochujang (red Korean pepper paste) 고추장
-1 cup of rice cakes 쌀떡
you can buy these off Amazon here:
-the red pepper paste and rice cakes can be found at your local Korean store or you can order them from amazon:
    amzn.to/2GQw9XC
    amzn.to/2J3DPY2
(also optional for added flavor: fish cakes, veggies, more hot pepper paste, soy sauce, and a personal favorite CHEESE!)

In Korea, we have a lot of great tteokbokki.
And also, I love spicy food and I can eat spicy food well but I think Korean's tteokbokki is really spicy.
I don't know why I'm writing this but I just want to introduce about tteokbokki in South Korea.😅
I'm Korean and I'm teenager so I can't speak in English well.
I wish you guys can understand my sentences.😄

    • @HaeWonYoon
      @HaeWonYoon  6 лет назад +1

Hi great question :) Yes there are recipes out there but since making the pepper paste requires a period of fermentation, making it from scratch can kind of be a complex process~
Amazon actually sells the pepper paste that I usually use (gochujang)
Here is a link if you’re interested :)
      www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B013HB0CC4/ref=mp_s_a_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1525481687&sr=8-3&keywords=gochujang&dpPl=1&dpID=51QE5PGFvZL&ref=plSrch
Also here’s another version in a squeeze bottle:
      www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01EWVOSXW/ref=mp_s_a_1_4_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1525481687&sr=8-4&keywords=gochujang&dpPl=1&dpID=41YAWo5evDL&ref=plSrch
If you look at one of your bigger grocery chain stores on your city, look by the Asian food section and they might have the pepper paste~I live in a small to medium size city and have found it at many regular big chain stores~
Hope this helps, thanks for watching :)
