im all in for the fantasy kickstarter and never even heard of core space somehow! I just bought the Core Space First Born box and just got it in. Wow, it looks incredible. HOW DID THIS SLIP UNDER MY RADAR!?

Core Space and First Born are great games in their own right, but they are also really great for using with Five Parsecs from Home… :)

Love this game, the fact when you shoot, you add the ammo tokens to the threat track, ramping up the tension 😊
and then here comes the robots!

I have a ton of it too. Great for solo play. Clever threat escalation mechanism. Scenarios are cleaver beyond loot grabs... Convincing backstory to establish the premise. Highly recommended. I 3d printed corner support buttons to increase durability and rigidity of components...

Like I lot of people, I have been into Boardgames for a while but only just discovered Core Space! Got First Born and Core Space now and it is amazing! May well become my number 1 game!

I am doing the same thing combining Core Space with Five Parsecs From Home while I wait for League of Dungeoneers to arrive. Core Space is a gift that keeps on giving. If only that playmat was double sided.

@@seahawk8601 Yeah I agree, looks amazing, but havn’t seen it til today, looked up key-words in BGG to search for new games and ran into it, has a great rating in BGG too, looks like “too many bones” with the upgrades
The system is so great, those GW hold outs can still play it using their boarding patrol or zone mortalis terrain just to try it out. You can purchase just the rule book to dip your toe in. Or one of the two starter boxes.

Just finished putting together the dyson engine and planning on having my first run of First Born soon. Battle Systems is the type of small company I am more than happy supporting. Plus their terrain is a perfect fit for Infinity.

i haven't played core space but im hyped for Maladum. definitely going to back the game. my only concern is there isn't a huge variety of enemies. hopefully some new ones will be added as stretch goals. i feel you really need to buy the expansion add on with the corruptor to have a decent variety of enemies so i guess they're getting my money on that.

Love the look of battle systems stuff. Not quite sold on the gameplay. I'm hoping that the pledge manager for Maladum will be open after UKGE and that I will be able to play a demo of it. (I've already thrown in a minimum pledge). There is only so much that you can tell from videos, no matter how good they are. I've only got space in my collection for one fantasy dungeon crawler, so I am being picky 😜
