i know its some time since you posted , but im concurring with the other comments . the best concise rule through ive listened to with proper explanations and your own perceptions , and what i particularly liked is you were very calm
Theres enough starter items for 2 characters each as you start the spiral arm campaign with a 2 man team not 3 that salvage run mission is a "side mission" type thing you can choose to do later to get funds weapons etc had a rather large discussion with a Battle systems employee about this, great to see a thorough how to play much appreciated!

Great tutorial. I've ordered this game and am waiting for it to arrive. In the meantime, I'm watching how to videos to get up to speed, and yours is one of the best I've found so far. How do you like the cardboard components? I'm working today on 3d printing some crates and chests from Thingiverse and other places.
I really like the cardboard--more than I thought I would. The fact that you can break it down and put it back in the box is what I like the most since my shelf space is limited. Pieces are holding up pretty well.

After the core set, which expansion would you suggest buying?
I would get some of the other squads if you are interested in different heroes to play or the Core Space Rogue Purge for different enemies. Honestly, I would probably get the Core Space First Born stuff before expansions as you can late pledge on their website right now.

What is your gaming table, where did you get it and roughly hoe much does it cost?

I bought those from Walmart. I think the token box is in the school supplies section and the peg container is a lure box in the fishing section of the store.

Really interested in getting this game. May have to be a Christmas gift, so I can order enough for the free shipping. Still looking at the Zombicide 2nd ed and waiting for the Infinity Defiance kickstarter. Would like them all but can really only afford the 1 monetary and time wise.
Curse you, Roy! You made me look up Infinity Defiance and now my wallet is going to take another hit! I decided against the Zombicide reboot since I already have Black Plague and Invader.
@@gaminggeek241 I am pretty much decided I will get this with some expansions plus Zombicide 2nd or Infinity Defiance. Which ever turns out to be better overall. Core Space is out now.. and I would hate to sink my money into 2 games I wouldnt get until next year lol.

Only where there are doors and windows.
The ruler system is a pain in the ass. Its really immersion breaking for me.
If you prefer, you can use the grid for movement instead. I don't think that's really a problem if you do.
Please remove the nubs from the counters its driving my OCD crazy.
