Em starts his vers with an “A” rhyme scheme (Dre, play, essay, esse, SA, Ay). He then moves into a “B” rhyme scheme (biggie, BE living, BEat the BEat, oBEsity, BEginning, Benz, Balls, Base). He then says the voices in his head are putting words in his mouth like alphabet soup before going into a whole “C” alliteration scheme. Genius writing.

Knox hill you are by far my favorite RUclips reactor! Your breakdown of songs is unmatched by anyone on the internet. I’m currently listening to your breakdown of the song “fuel” off Eminem’s new album and I have to give you huge respect and shoutout to mentioning the film city of god references in the song by JID…no other reactor caught that but you and the fact you’ve seen the film is awesome! I’m a huge film buff with multiple degrees in film. You’ve been film certified by me lol

By far, I have to say I see breakdowns on Eminem songs all the time. As an English major, watching KH breakdown bars, in general, is so knowledgeable. I literally do not understand why he isn’t the FIRST reaction ANYONE looks for when you want an Em breakdown. He knows how to elaborate on the adlibs, staccatos, alliterations, euphemisms, double-quadruple entendres, and sooooo much more. Including pockets and internal to external rhyme schemes. I can say confidently, that this is the FIRST place I go to for a reaction and a breakdown. He puts everything he says down in lay terms for the audience (which is extremely hard given the level Em raps on) and for the world! Knox Hill, YOU HAVE BEEN ENGLISH CERTIFIED! 💯 haha lol. Shout out to your music to bruh! Talented man all around! Deff on my top three for your knowledge of the craft and of how to break down complicated bars for the world. You deserve WAYYYYYY more views. I put everything I love on that. We also know Em is watching you 😉 lol 🙌🏼

Em starts his verse with an “A” rhyme scheme (Dre, play, essay, esse, SA, Ay).
Another cool touch is when he says “base” the 808 bass hits exactly on that word to emphasize it. Great production.

Per usual of Eminem...the more I hear the album, the more I appreciate how masterful it is.

I usually drop by to see what Knox has to say, but quickly take off when he pauses too much (and in my opinion) loses the feel of the song due those pauses. But, he let the song play much longer and just did his impressive explanations afterwards, I really liked this style of breakdown.

It’s rare that you see Knox get out of his seat so you know that Diddy bar did it. 😂

the whole diddy diss starting at "press play" (diddys album) and ending at "you must be on base if you're thinking you can touch my car" (Biggie and Pac were killed in their cars)

It's now standard procedure for me to come find your reaction/lyrical breakdown straight after hearing a new track. Lyrics nowadays have so many layers, so many go straight over my head but I know I can always rely on you to catch near on 100% of them. Big thank you for taking the time to do this and then share it with us all 💯👍👍🇬🇧🤜🤛💪😜👌

I think the car reference is about Diddy blowing up Kid Cudi's car but also could have double meaning as Pac got killed in his own car. Every reaction video I watched missed that Ethan Crumbley bit. Super good breakdown.

The track I’ve listened to the most on the album. Both JID and Em straight wrecked shop and the beat goes something serious…

"Now your arms are too short to beat K-Rod"
Francisco Rodriguez "K-Rod" was an MLB pitcher. He had 1,142 career strikeouts. K-Rod was charged with assault after he attacked (beat) his father-in-law. Also, Em was possibly playing off JID saying "batter up".
    Rod. Stick. Ball. Base.
    Absolutely mind blowing scheme.
