One death that still brings me pain other than Chadwick, James Earl Jones and other incredible talent isn't an actor yet he left an impact on my life... Akira Toriyama. Not only is his work beautiful, but he changed an entire generation of peoples' lives by being himself! Truly, they are all one of a kind people that'll be missed!
Thank you for putting Judith Barsi on here. Not very many people know who she is or the tragedy she went through. I feel so sorry for her, especially since it all happened at a very young age. RIP

The death of Judith Barsi has gotta be the most tragic and therefore I think it’s the absolute worst by just how young she was when she was killed. Obviously, it’s one thing if one or maybe both of her parents were killed while any young death is still very tragic. But case in point, this poor little girl was just 10 years old, which I couldn’t even believe meant she had to have had one of the shortest careers in young Hollywood acting for only 4 years.
Dominique Dunne. Her story never fails to break my heart as her boyfriend served little to no prison time for killing her and was welcomed back to society and his job as a chef. Same with Rebecca Schaeffer who was murdered by a fan that caused laws in stalking and disclosing personal information.
This shows how trash the justice system is. Sylvia Likens, I know that she's not a star, but her death is the worst homicide in history. Her caregiver, along with her children and other neighbors, joined forces in torturing the poor girl. Her caregiver was sentenced to life in prison but was paroled after 14 years. She died 20 years after her release.
Rip Rachel Lillis, the voice of Misty and Jesse I was so lucky to meet her and talk to her. She will forever be missed. You guys should talk about top celebrities that die this year put Akira Toriyama on the list
I got two more: - Joe Ranft (1960-2005): Ranft was more of a storyboard artist, but he breathed much life into Disney and Pixar films, not only with his writing, but with the memorable characters he voiced: Lenny the Binoculars in Toy Story, Wheezy the Penguin in Toy Story 2, Heimlich in A Bug's Life, and Jacques the Shrimp in Finding Nemo. Ranft was the co director of Cars, but he tragically died in a car accident at only 45. Cars and Tim Burton's Corspe Bride were both dedicated to Ranft. - Carrie Fisher (1956-2016): 60 still seems too soon to pass away, especially considering Carrie was among the youngest actors when Star Wars: A New Hope was being filmed. Perhaps Rise of Skywalker could've been better had it not been for Carrie's death. However, the Force will always be with you Leia.
Mary Kay Bergman. A top voice actress who worked on South Park and other shows, she died tragically aged 38 in 1999. The Tara Strong/Grey DeLisle who's best voice actress debate would be moot if Mary Kay was still around. She was close to both of them.
Good question. 60 still seems too soon for me, which was how old Carrie Fisher was when she passed away. It's especially jarring considering I have an uncle who was also born in 1956, my high school choir teacher was born in 1956, and so was Tom Hanks. And all of them are still alive as of right now. But back to Carrie Fisher, I definitely feel like Rise of Skywalker could've been better had Fisher not died too soon. Leia deserved a much better role in the Sequels than what she got (looking at you Last Jedi).

One of the few times you got it right. Heath Ledger was, IMO, the greatest actor of our time. So many of these actors - may they rest in peace - simply played the same "character" over and over and over again. Not Heath. It's almost impossible to believe that Ennis Del Mar in Brokeback Mountain was played by the same actor who played the Joker in the Dark Night or Patrick Verona in 10 Things or Sonny in Monster's Ball, or any other character he played. That's real acting.
my top actors to never forget would be.... 1. Naya Rivera, 2. How could you possibly forget about Bobby Driscoll? The voice of Peter Pan and the boy who played Jim Hawkins in Treasure Island? After he got fired when he reached puberty, his life had gone way downhill. He became a drug addict ever since and then he died at the age of 31.
I feel like this should be subdivided into two categories, those who died due to no fault of their own, and those who died due to self destructive behavior (for whatever reason)

I’m surprised Gary Coleman didn’t make it to the list…
I can think of a lot of people that deserved to be on this list... John Belushi is the most tragic i can think of.
Both Naya Rivera and shad Gaspard died while swimming with their sons 😢
