Las crepas no deben de ser tan gruesas , al contrario se caracterizan por ser delgadas ; aparte para negocio tanto que le pones de materia prima resulta empalagoso y las tienes que dar muy caras para que sea redituable ; aparte mala presentacion en tu manejo del rastrillo no brindas espectaculo . Lo unico rescatable seria la limpieza. Practica mas y ve videos de crepas en Japón
Took too long to cook but overall, it's not bad. When you turn it over, you're supposed to put the stuff on it straight away so the amount of time you spend on putting the stuff on, the same time the other side gets cooked. That way, it's perfect.
