Would you believe that most people who judge others are the people who are the most jealous of them? You CANNOT let those individuals into your head. I know it's hard. God, do I know! The way you combat that is by relying on those who love you. They'll lift you up and suddenly, the bad things don't seem too bad. Try it. It really does help;)

I may look happy but I'm not. It's like whole world is falling apart to me. It's like I'm stuck on a Question and I fogret the answer. It's like I'm standing on a cliff and any minute I'll fall down. And I can't even help my self but just to see myself falling. And whenever they ask me if I'm okay it's like any minute I'll broke down. I wanted them to ask me again if I'm okay and then I'll tell them everything but they don't and that hurts me a lot. But hey I'm fine I'm okay. I keep telling my self I'll be just fine. But sometimes it feels like I'm insecure ..... No I'm not okay Just hear me out. Please ......... And I want to be strong but ....... I'm Scared ........ Hear my silent scream I'm not okay. I have Anxiety, I feel insecure I'm depressed I'm Sad ..... I'm not okay but I'll be fine .... Sometimes I just wanna sit alone in a corner and just cry and talk to myself but on the other hand I don't wanna know myself because the more I'll know myself the more I'll be deep and then I'll be deeper and deeper and deeper. Even deeper than the deepest ocean...... Hear me screaming .... I'm not okay .... Don't smile too much you don't deserve it. Yes, I know I don't but still hear me out, hear my screaming. Please hear me out..... But I still keep my mouth shut.. Because I'm okay and I'll be okay....
