Have you considered doing a single exhaust with a true Y merge collector? Or do a X-pipe exhaust? I believe there could be some added power with either setup over what you have. I would even consider step up primary tubes. Just a thought. Keep up the awesome work
Do you have a way of getting your engine on a Dynamometer and testing it? I think a lot of guys would like finding out how much real world HP you have gotten from the work you've done? May-be other guys would really like seeing the results and documentation it would add a lot of value to your credibility and expertise. I look forward to seeing all the things your doing it's fun, watching your progress and seeing you guys having fun doing it. Go Red!

Yeah we are going to do some different exhaust setup's soon. This is a customer's vehicle so it's all for what he wants to pay for really.

Greg... I'm an amateur kart builder but how would you build a go kart without having the engine on the swing arm?
Screw the dinky tank cut out the rear brace bars weld two rods going parallel to the swingarm mount the engine up there add the other carb!
