    Thank you for providing aftermarket support for CFMoto bikes!
    I got my 700 tuned and it makes a great motorcycle even better. If you ever decide to make a version 2, the 700 could still use a bit of throttle smoothing at in town speeds, 30-40 mph.
    I am thinking about getting an Ibex because the riding position is so darn comfortable. Having an ECU tune available might make the difference in my decision. Thanks again!
    BTW, anyone who is considering this service, they got it done and shipped back to me super quick.

      I just bought the 2023 IBEX 800t and it bogs and chops pretty bad in the first gear and somewhat in the second. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    6:56 You don't have to remove the aluminum rack.
    Just remove the 2 front bolts and the seat lock bracket will come out by just lifting / flexing the aluminum rail. Slide out seat lock bracket at an angle.

    I just installed my flash ECU, today. Low end not cold blooded like before and has better throttle response.
    Will try top speed run next weekend. Stock was 126 mph. Have 4 " adventure " bikes all limited to about that speed.

    Does this smooth out the low rpm jerkiness in the lower gears? If so, I think you’ll have a lot of demand I know that if it’s proven to smooth out that jerkiness in first and second, I would consider it. To be honest I don’t care about going any faster but smoother throttle response and improve gas mileage is high on my list.

      I received my tuned ECU back last week and put a few hundred miles on it since then. The tune definitely helped with the engine running better with my decat exhaust but the on/off throttle still feels very choppy in 1st to 3rd gear. With throttle closed in those gears and just barely a little twist open, it feels abrupt and not smooth, a little sketchy modulating throttle in turns. Is it possible to smooth that out more?

  • @index6738
    @index6738 11 месяцев назад

    Common failure CFMOTO has been ongoing low speed jerking, unstable fuelling. How did fuel mapping get signed off. How come you can solve low speed jerking when CFMOTO hasn’t?

    • @hillcountrymax
      @hillcountrymax 11 месяцев назад +2

      CFMoto has to ship a tune that meets emissions standards. All modern motorcycles are lean at lower RPM from the factory, and many have a flat spot or a dip in power between 3k and 4k rpm because of that.
