No comment on not able to turn off ABS. Any issues out on the trail? I know there’s an aftermarket kill switch for it. I. Igor be pulling the trigger on one of these in 2 days but the 19 inch wheel and can’t disable ABS is a bit of a turn off for me. The rest of the bike ticks all my boxes. Great video!
I would run the aftermarket ABS, this unit had a simple aftermarket one wired in. I just rode the Ibex450 and loved it! It has an ABS button from the factory, and while it's not 800cc, it was a lot of fun and more nimble off-road. See that review on my channel.
Did anybody complaining about the weight of this bike need to hit the gym. I dropped mine in the woods yesterday and had no problem picking it back up. Granted it's not an xr200 but i don't feel like it's a heavy bike maybe because one of my other bikes is 900# Street Glide.
It's right in the same weight range as most 800cc bikes, so perfectly acceptable. It is slightly more than the KTM890 and T7, but nothing out of the ordinary range for this class of bike.
Like any bike and rider, it totally depends on what you want to do with it. If you're looking to hit paved and gravel roads, and want a NEW bike with all the accessories from the show room floor, I think this is a good option. If you're looking to do mostly hard off-road riding and jumping it etc, there are a few options that would be a better fit. I will say, I was surprised at how well it carried its weight.
That's fucking cool they got crash bars on it already looking out for you. I'm so Japanese biased but goddamn I would buy this bike & ride the shit out of it also enjoy the hell out of it & not even think about a Japanese bike
Check out the new Explore model for 2025
6 ride modes
Rear radar
ABS and traction you can turn off
2 new colors
8 inch TFT with apple car play
Love mine! Planning on getting a separate set of wheels for street tires... Supermoto Touring plus Off Highway riding? I love it
Sweet! that should be a sweet setup!

It's perfect except for the weight. Deal breaker?

Good video. I'd like to see more time riding them hard.
Thanks! I'd like to spend more time riding them hard.

The crash bars are awesome, some of the best from the factory that I've seen.
The factory tire is not suitable for off-road at all. I have the IBEX 800T
I 100% agree. That's the first thing I change on any bike I'm taking off-road. These bikes did not have factory tires on them.
