Nice, concise tutorial. I got this system for my birthday and wanted to make sure I wasn't missing any steps. The audio I'm getting sounds very iffy (almost like two voices at once are speaking) when I listen with headphones and i'm troubleshooting
What iPhone are you using? do you have the trrs adapter if it's a 15? Looking at apples we site, this seems to be a common issue regarding their USBC to aux. It seems to disable the mic altogether for some reason. If this is the case for you, I hope Apple addresses this in am update soon. Luckily I bought my wife a vlogging cam so she some be using her phone for this purpose in general, but i can see how this would be irritating without a dedicated recording device.
I have the iPhone 15 pro max and it works great! You can either connect with a usb c charger male to male (which pulls charge from your phone and charges the receiver) or use the audio connector cord it comes with and buy a usb c adapter for cheap
Great video! Although, when I plug the TRRS cable to my laptop, there is no audio. But when I use the curly cable meant for cameras, the audio works. Also, my audio quality in general seems to be way worse than other videos I'm seeing of people using this mic. I've played around the settings but have no clue what's causing it. Any idea on what the problem could be?
Are you using PC or MAC? I am trying to use my Synco G2 on Windows 11 and unable to get it to detect as an input device, it only wants to show as output. I've tried both TRRS cable and the curly cable. Help!
I had the same issue. On the laptop HP it doesnt work whatsoever. On My dell, there is a software called Maxxaudio Pro, which pops up to ask what cable I connected, Selecting Headphone combo gets it working. I can only assume the computer assigns different signal to the different cable pins!? no clue
Great vid, have been hunting for ages trying to understand how to connect to phone. So many unboxing vids, bot enough set up vids. Thanks, i think i neeed the adapter.
Just used mics for first time yesterday with dslr. I monitored sound with headphones and everything was good. But i have no sound on recorded video clips. I figured audio was being recorded str8 to camera. Is that not the case ? Or is there a record button on receiver/transmitter that i didn’t see
Good video, but it just doesn’t make sense to me if I recorded in stereo it’s because I want stereo sound, so why convert to mono later, in that case just record mono since the beginning. Thanks for your video.
The reason for converting to two mono files is that when you record in the 'Stereo' mode using both transmitters (as in, you are recording two people speaking) each one is recorded on either the left or right channel, and this is how it will be heard - with one voice sounding panned left, and the other sounding panned right - which is generally not desirable. When you separate them into individual mono tracks, both voices become centered and exist as unique tracks so can be independently manipulated with EQ, Compression, reverb etc. If you were to record mono from the beginning, then both voices will still sound centered, but you cannot separate them. So for instance, if one person's mic was a little bit out of position and quieter, it would be much more difficult to raise the volume for JUST that person. Hope this helps.
@@SmithCollegeDigitalSupport That's why I said, if you want mono just record in mono since the beginning and save the hassle to convert to mono. But if I record stereo (left and right) it's because I want it to sound like that, each person in each speaker. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
I have a question. I'm a musician and I want to record sound from the instrument and sing, will it capture it better or will it cancel out my instrument imagining it's noise? (I already had this problem with another similar one on Amazon, I returned it)
I have the same transmitter. When I record a video, I import it into my laptop and use Final Cut Pro to view it. In Final Cut Pro, I right click on the video and select detach audio.
You are right, this product does not have a gain control on the transmitter. Almost all audio going through the system is distorted and clipping. I bought it because of a good youtube review. I can't believe they have the audacity to compare it to Rode
Best explanation video I have seen ever. Thank you very much!
Excellent. Clear, simple, to the point.

Are we certain this thing works with iPhone? Have the adapter and everything. Not working on my iPhone right out of the box.
Worked for my iPhone 13 Pro but does NOT work for my iPhone 15 Pro Max

I’m using an iPhone 11 and it doesn’t work
I’m using the iPhone 13 Pro and it only works when I turn Bluetooth on for some reason.

Hi, I think maybe you need a TRRS to TRS stereo adapter

Do you know how long last the batteries ?

@@freddyovalle It's so you can independently edit the voices. Each voice gets it's own track. It allows more flexibility. It makes perfect sense.
@@AnthonyPompa
Just live it stereo and you can still edit each voice in its own channel, without turning it to mono.
Why would you want one voice in one ear and the other voice in the other ear? That's goofy.

Gotta watch out for phasing issues.
When I click the power button to change from mono and stereo all it's doing is letting the mic mute and unmute. Any suggestions
maybe you are clicking the trasmiter, you need to click on the receiver for that
Thank you for the instructions!
Very well presented 🎉
Thanks you that’s was very helpful and very clear
Great tutorial! Thank you
My B transmitter is blinking “B” continuously, I reset it by pin, but can’t stop, please help me to figure out it.

One of my 2 transmitter its has refused to pire
How do I actually upload the audio my computer

Well Guide Brother ❤👍
Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Great video! Very helpful and easy to understand.
Almost all audio coming out of the transmitter is distorted. Maybe if you do your videos whispering you will steer clear of distortion.
Thanks
Is not working with my iphone
did u find any solution?
Yes. With my not works Also
Exactamente
This product is trash beware of RUclipsr reviewers ( they get it for free). Even indoor it keeps disconnecting.
I've been using this for close to 2 years and have never experienced a disconnection. I would suggest submitting it for warranty repair.
