Busy Strand! In the OLD days, it was a two-way street and every Cruiser in town, "Did the Strand" like a parade! Oceanside has not changed much really, but it has cleaned-up a lot and is a great city again. Now they need to dredge the harbor and fill Wiscoonsin street with sand! Great filiming again! But this ride, a little too much like Huntinton in the summer! LOL
This is pretty uncrowded. The Strand is where I got my training for riding larger, more crowded beach paths. They have big plans for the Strand. Creating some sort of buffers so we don't lose so much sand. I'm hoping they will extend it to Buccaneer Park.
