Never worked on a truck cab before. All the fastener holes must be drilled on a jig. On aircraft, panels are either jig drilled or drilled to a tolerance by hand. Jig drilled parts can be swapped. Nothing ever aligns on swapped hand drilled parts. Very impressive work you've done there.

Good job mate, I recently just got Into rebuilding trucks my self just finished up a 2018 Kenworth w900 roll onto its side. Fully loaded Allison auto nav plus heavy spec double frame disk brakes all around. The truxk was purchased for 200k here in Canada. I purchased it at auction for 27 grand Canadian :). What was super amazing with this build was the frame and all major components were perfect no damage just new cab and some from end parts, trucks on sale now for 165 and offers for 140 are comming in steedy and I’m going to take one of the offer today I think

Honestly, it doesn't look like this truck was really well cared for even prior to the accident. All the dirt under the floor liner - UGH... someone didn't wipe their boots. Hats off to you for making it look like new.

People haul shit everyday and figure out how to tie it down without damaging the item. It's called using your brain and not being lazy. " Here's your brand new car, sorry I knocked out the driver and passenger side windows so I could run a strap through it like a Neanderthal, have a nice day!"

The parts cab was an old 359 cab so more than likely it was too old to be used as a whole replacement cab.
