How to Use a View Finder - A Great Tool!

In this short clip, you see some ways a VIEW FINDER can be helpful in establishing your composition as well as preparing small sketches before venturing out onto the canvas. This is a great tool to have in your painting "kit". It's also useful for identifying colors that are hard to distinguish.
These are available at most art supply stores. The one I have and use is called the View Catcher and is about 2 1/2" square and 1/4" thick. I think it was about $7 - $8 when I purchased it.
