Don't ever stop putting your heart in to these reactions. It's what makes them special.
Literally. I subscribed because of this reaction. Many other channels have many jump-cuts during the difficult parts. I’m like, let’s experience these feelings together!
It's okay to be emotional while watching these Shows. I knew this Episode Would Be Especially Touching for you being the Mother of Two Boys.
You're not alone. I definitely sobbed this episode
Yeah, TLOU writers are BIG into 'perspective' and the breakdown of 'bad guys and good guys.' A lot of their writing forces you to see the humanity in everyone involved in a situation, no matter what 'side' they are on. It's a running theme, for sure.
Spot on, which always boggles my mind people had am issue with the second game. That’s one of the biggest themes of Pt II. No one’s a good guy or a bad guy.
Beautiful breakdown. You absolutely get the point of this show. While it’s tough, I think it’s worth it. It’s cathartic in an odd sort of way to sort of be reminded of how fleeting life can be, take advantage of the time we have now and build those relationships before it’s too late. A lesson Joel so desperately needs to learn. Keep going ❤
I always love the talks at the end of your videos. You have a really beautiful way of looking at the world. There's this light to you that's just so beautiful, this passion that you have for Movies and TV shows, your love for the characters, the way you're able to see how all the pieces of a story fit together, and the message that the writers are trying to tell us.
It's like a stepping stone for you to share your own thoughts and struggles with the world to try to help people, to give them hope, that's your gift.
In the video you talked about mortality, and that you're seeing white hairs in your hair. It made me think of the scene from Outlander 3x9 where Jamie and Claire are on a ship and he's holding her in his arms and he talks about her hair, I love what he says.
"I like the grey. The way the light hits it.
Like a piece of silver moonlight."
I loved your reaction and, more than that, your final thoughts. You're so emotional and this episode hit the right spot. I love people with emotional intelligence. Henry never killed anyone or anything before, but his turned to infected brother, that's tragic. What is the last of us? The love, in which we must hold to; hope, that last bit that never should fade away; humanity, which can make us feel empathy, but also revenge... This game, and this series by extension, are about that, everything you said. That's why is my favorite. You're gonna looooove second season. And lastly, something said in the second game: "It takes but one candle to dispel the darkness". That's what everyone who shows love to people does. This video made me feel it, your love for your people. So, thank you!
I think the name of the show (and game) really ties into the fact that it’s all about relationships. It doesn’t say “The Last Humans” or “The Last People in the World”… it’s about “The Last of Us”… “Us” is so critical in conveying relationships and togetherness. Also, you can see the show (even more than the game, they are of course incredibly similar) is kind of a framework story… we see different perspectives of different “last” groups as Joel and Ellie travel and interact with them. And each set of people have their own clear stories of how they and their loved ones survive.
Great reaction as always!
Beautiful review at the end. Really appreciate your vulnerability.
thank you for the vulnerability. i feel like this show changed my brian chemistry when it came out so i for sure understand all of the emotions!! it really makes you think about things
This one is just so heavy. I'm happy to see on the patreon that you've started Frieren. It can be an emotional show as well, but it's more hopeful and should be a good palette cleanser after TLOU
So wonderful and lovely reaction Hun. I hope you're doing well Imon. Much love for you!! 🌹🌹🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
This is going to be especially hard one for you.
especially second season
I sobbed watching the episode. And cried rewatching this reaction too
This is the best episode of the show, in my opinion. The battle at the end with the infected is so good, and Henry and Sam’s storyline is so powerful
This series is excellent because the game is excellent.
These feelings you feel, this almost “discomfort” in sympathizing with something that you wouldn't sympathize with in your everyday life, is one of the things that makes this game/show what it is.
He shows you that nothing is so simple, it's not black and white, and maybe if we walked in other people's shoes, we would do the same thing. This concept is almost the soul of this game/show.
This episode got me so emotional love the video Imon Nation stay motivated Dream big 1 mill on the way
….and here we, GO!
Ellie must feel horrible for breaking her promise. She couldn’t have saved him but she left him to die alone which is exactly what he was afraid of 😢
Wow...i haven't seen you in a while...hope you're doing good imon
I cry every time I see the end of this episode! and I've seen it 5 + times!
I remember watching you give tearful speeeches after watching episode of Community- I have no idea how you’re gonna survive this show. 😅
Tough episode in a series of tough episodes.
Perhaps the most difficult life lesson to learn is forgiveness.
Part 2 lover? Me too
The big guy is called a Bloater.
The point of this show is that morality is very subjective, most circumstances are gray, everyone is a saint….until their is one bottle of water left in a drought, I like watching your reaction because it’s not otter nonsense, and what you said I’m pretty sure everyone watching this has had similar thoughts before about life in general, we might have our own way of coping though….our humanity is why our species have lived so long, if you take away all the science, religion, politics, and the drama in general….all we have is ourselves
This episode was a real gut punch, And I must say you look very nice without glasses.
Another fantasticly amazing reaction Imon ❤❤😁😁.
14:45 BLOATER!!!! 😂
Henry sacrificed the resistance leader to get medicine for his brother, Sam, only to kill him after being infected. Henry realized at that point that all his efforts to save his brother were for nothing.
The feels
This is a tough one.
14:42 min. Ah.... 😅I see you have met the bloater zombie.
❤
❤
9 minutes in: "This show is heavy." Ooh, girl. Good news is, this is the worst of it (imo).
