I've been a musky fisherman for years. However; I am just getting into kayak-musky fishing. I have a similar setup that you have. Bought a recon 120 with tons of space and it's very stable. Looking forward to taking it out in Green Bay and having all hell break loose when a big musky hits. Can't wait! Great video! Keep them coming and happy hunting!
Right on. Definitely boils down to personal preference. But it does help to be in the right position when you’re trying to set the hooks on a big rubber bait.
Such a methodical setup. Fool proof! But you're still crazy fishing Musky from a 'yak! Haha.
Hhaha thanks man.
*crazy for musky. 😁

Thanks! That recon 120 is a serious vessel - perfect for musky fishing. I hope you get a good fight boat side - they’re even more fun in a kayak!
Thats an awesome set up
Thanks!
Nice set up, I hold my rod in my left and and prefer casting off the front or right side.

Nice setup! I'm still trying to reach 10000 casts for my first musky...on the fly 😅. I like how you clear the sides of the boat for figure 8s.
On the fly?! Wow, best of luck! Thanks for watching!
