My spouse told me hes not attracted to me anymore because im constantly nagging (about his affairs). He says he likes that she is "infatuated" with him. Since the infidelities ive became extremely depressed, ive gained quite a bit of weight, so im not secure with myself. He says thats not what hes not not attracted too, its my mouth and attitude. But i found text messages of him telling her he loves her, but when i confronted him with it, he says it was just something he said to string her along.... Also this is the second times hes had an affair with this person. He also went down there to reassure her, when i feel he should be reassuring me not taking up for her and defending her! What do i do? Weve been together 7 years! I love him but i dont know how to get him to actually help me work on us not just say he will and never does.
