Let me start off by saying he 100% is on gear but to play devil’s advocate some of the most popular healing peptides (bpc157, tb500) are banned by WADA and Connor was coming off a horrible injury so it would make sense for him to use something like that.
GH yes, to accommodate healing but was he on a bunch of anabolics, no I never thought so. He wasn't that big peeps. Like 190. Just stopping massive amounts of cardio and increasing weight training would have put on the 20lbs or so. People are acting like he looked like a bodybuilder or something.
Bulking after following through with the cut is insane. Very easy to gain 20-30lbs quickly if you actually cut a lot of weight. At least half that is solid muscle gains
He's getting on in age and it all slows down. I joined the military at 65 kg, never peaked above 70kg until I stopped running and marching on end. When you stop burning thousands of calories on endurance activities, you'll change overnight. Age is a factor too. He also probably had huge amounts of anxiety too and lived in the stress bubble before fights. Give all that up and have a few good meals , you'll pack it on rapidly.
Conor's face shape amd size completely changed too, definitely looks like he was on some gear. Doctors have said that an injury like that would require PED type drugs to get him back to "normal".
I think we are all seeing/thinking the same. Yes he did do the jouices, but after his damaged leg vs Poirier. I realized going into this would require a long ass detailed explanation which nobody care for but if any wanna go there then go comment and we talk
I heard that After he broke his leg he took steroids and hgh from a dr because this treatment had the greatest chance of healing so he could preform again in the future.
Wrestled through HS and college till an injury took me out my sophomore year. I was a strong athlete the whole time but after my injury healed, I focused almost exclusively on the weight room and put on 25 pounds in the next 16/18 months. Crazy thing is, I went back to the wrestling room after putting on all that weight and was beating nationally ranked wrestlers at my new weight class. Definitely wish I would have spent more time getting stronger before I stopped competing.
I don’t know if he is on gear here’s why I don’t see him being vascular which is unavoidable when on gear he’s big and muscular yeah but he doesn’t have to cut weight bc he doesn’t fight anymore so he could of just bulked up.

You're right to a degree. I'm a genetic freak and if I cut down to my fight weight 190ish. I don't do much weights at all. At all. Low carb and low calorie. High cardio. Then if I were to eat a ton of calories and carbs and lift 5 days a week, I'll be 220 in 4-6 months depending on a few factors. But saying that, he's on something but not juiced to the gills. Maybe TRT - 300mg per week, with maybe Dbol or deca for the joints to help avoid injuries while he gains. Doesn't look like tren though.
