An athlete will always perform because it cannot help but perform. I've found nerves have little to do with it. I'm not athletic but I have shared the field/ring/court with a few.

Stonnie, I hope you and your family are safe after the flooding. Prayers to you and all the good folks of Kentucky.
Just an observation: After watching news sources, the people in KY are not waiting for the Gov to show up. They are clearing debris, bridges, roads themselves. Can do people are what made this country great🇺🇸

Inspired by you, I took my doodle into a stream today. She was shaking and didn't want to go in. I shoved her in and instantly she was right at home. Sloshing in and out. She loved it!. Thank you Stonnie for the encouraging adventure videos.

Thank you, Stonnie! I have a 2 yo poodle mix and this video has been so inspiring. My doodle can lack confidence in some situations and can also be fearful at times, so the training is truly an every day process for me. He will be starting scent work training next week though and I’m hopeful this will both stimulate his brain and help build some confidence. As a side note, he is also my first dog and unfortunately I truly felt abandoned when his training facility and groomer closed down for Covid when he was only 4 months old! Beyond grateful for RUclips channels like yours and grooming resources, that got me through some very difficult times in 2020. I’m a huge fan of your channel and also a homeschooling parent, so I really look forward to your new videos.

He's a GOOD boy, that Woodford. He's learning that if Uncle Stonnie says I can do it, then I can do it. And, that Uncle Stonnie will do it WITH me. That's trust learned. (And, he pays pretty good too).

Hello Stonnie, "Camera Man", Family and Mr. No Name,
I think those old fart trolls should find a new hobby! They need to use their spare time for more positive purposes.
You are the best dog trainer in the universe! Your kind and compassionate training for dogs sets the standard that no other people in the business have met. When I get my "chubby" I will make it a point to show up for puppy training.
A great addition to your videos is the manner in which you are bringing up your children on camera. They are beautiful, healthy and talented!
For the "camera man" You Are The Best of All!

Do you have videos on how to build impulse control? I have a 4 year old golden who is very obedient, goes hiking and camping with me, and has good off leash skills, but his energy is always high, his nose is going, and he isn’t one to follow calmly even after a good walk. It’s like, he’s very trainable and wants to obey, but the choices he makes on his own aren’t coming from a place of control.

@@hlehardy3241 Go to Stonnie's front RUclips page. On the upper right corner is a magnifying glass icon indicating a search feature. Click on it and type in impulse and a bunch of his videos will come up. Most aren't very long. Watch a few and see which you think will work for you.
