Hi Jisaku, beautiful job. To make use of the sanding disc more versatile, you can replace the glue / stick for paper with velcro. Just get a velcro backer (loops) and stick it to your disc plate. Then, purchase velcro backed (felt) discs and put them on as needed. You can easily change papers to give different grits. Cut out a circle in paper into two halves. Pull disc off the velcro and slip in paper in between. Rotate disc and lift off second half. Lay second half of paper onto disc and then you can place replacement disc. Move around till you have correct alignment. Remove first half of paper and press to firmly attach. Rotate disc 180 degrees and repeat step. You now have a fresh disc perfectly aligned. Happy sanding.

Чертеж это конечно круто... но сетка 1см... по металлу многие размеры угадываются... а где-то и есть маркировка.
ЗЫ: не хватает еще одной части... про рейсмус из наждачки.

Very good idea. One more part is missing about the sanding machine with sandpaper instead of knives (it was mentioned at the beginning). It's bad that they put a ban on downloading videos ... in the workshop, the Internet is unavailable when you want to repeat. There are not enough dimensions of parts, it remains to guess on the dimensional grid (1 cell = 1 cm?).
6 in one drill press videos are wonderful. I had never seen. I want to make like this one and we're did I get the materials? And also name the spare parts then only we will purchase the materials from online. Please reply. Wonderful job. Keep it up.

機械には強度は必要ないんですよ。
必要ない訳じゃないけど、剛性の方がよっぽど重要。強度を考えないといけないほど負荷のかかる構造は欠陥なわけです。この辺りは難しいですし、コメント欄では説明できません。
丸ノコ冶具はここではまだ種明かしできない・・・
新しい構造なので他の方に真似されてyoutubeで公開されると参ってしまいますから。。。
ちなみに、この丸ノコ冶具も、ある道具の伏線になっています。
