Great video! So glad I found you here. I am a native Texan and I love seeing people enjoy our beautiful state. I have not been to this state park, but now, I want to go for sure! Enjoy and happy trails to you and Delta! She is a beautiful dog!

Beautiful part of the world. I hunted that area for years and miss going every fall.

The metal cages in question are wild hog traps. They can be very aggressive, so watch that pup. Great video sir

That's interesting. I didn't know that, because they are really big. Thank you.

So we've passed Junction several times traveling between El Paso to Killeen (our last duty station was Ft. Hood) We had no idea about all this area. RM, you are actually showing us more about my home state than I ever knew. Keep up the great work and give sweet Delta a hug for us!!❤

Thank you. Sometimes I just discover places by accident. Delta said "thank you" for the hug.

Hello! We plan on hitting the road soon in our vintage conversion van and will be heading to the Southwest to spend the winter! So nice to meet fellow RUclipsrs/explorers! Looks like a pretty nice site... Beautiful park - enjoyed the tour! Thanks for sharing! 💙Terry and Terri

I really want to visit this park. And I love the fact that you can keep your German shepherd without a leash.

You should go and visit. Delta is only off leash when no people are around. She is very well trained, but goes back on leash whenever necessary. We rarely see people on trails though.

For some reason some people don't pick up their trash. Even on highway they have to employ illegals to pick up road side :(

It is sad. A lot of people have no respect and drop trash where they stand. I wasn't raised that way.
