I'm glad it does not have a captive cord, as they're usually annoying to store. I would like to see a socket so I can string power from one to another. If you're using a light like this, you often want two so there's less shadow when you walk in front.
Wow , Milwaukee is definitely burning the midnight oil. I have two of the older 18v rocket lights and a 12v....they are so versatile and you can never have enough light. Guess who is putting two lights on ebay ? Great vid as always and I hope they listened to your idea about installing a small cord with the light. If u said it in the video pardon the question , slow charger or rapid charger ?
I just bought me this light. It should have a super charger for the 18 volts and a fast charger for the cell phones for the price. I also would have liked to see a bright white instead of the off white it has. Also the clamps that hold the post up are not adjustable to tighten so the lights does not slide down. There may be a possibility that with rain or cold weather the clamps won't hold the post tightly like you can with a bycle seat since its the same concept. This is my first tripod light and don't have nothing else to compare it too so for now I think this is an ok light. I bought a 12.0 battery for 219.00 for this light and it took forever to charge in the rocket.. They only had the light only no bag or battery. I paid 449.00. Im using it in the living room for now. 😄
I took that shot, similarly to the packout light and it white washed my camera unknowingly. You would use low in that situation. It is bright. I will try and do a story for you tomorrow.
Nice review 👌 $399-450 bare tool is steep AF though. Don't think bare tool comes with the bag either and incorporated slow charger is disappointing 😒 Can you adjust the height multiple heights besides only 4 ft and 7ft?
Wow from a light "packrat" that is impressive you can never have to many portable lights as it is dark a lot of the time. Wonder if Dewalt makes anything similar as I have lots of those batteries
Big thumbs up Brian! What a great way to present the output of this light. I’m a big light fan myself, and it is Hard to really capture this on camera. Thanks for not “beeming “ us in the eyes like a lot of these work light videos do. 🙄😳😬 Dont know what to suggest, other than a “lights on, lights off,“ while the Rocket light is still on? Might better show the output on camera? Picking up the Power Detect drill deal at Lowe’s tomorrow. $279, and comes with the power planer for free! Stay safe and Healthy and Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! ✌🏻👍😁🇺🇸🦃
Someone finally showed it outside

A combo of the m18 rocket lamp and the pack out light. Awesome for auto detailing. Great products with or with out batteries.

30 to 185 minutes to charge batteries. Slow charger.

Whew….thanks for letting me know not to get it.
I got one with battery and bag. Don’t listen to people who cause drama.
These would work great for a nighttime volleyball game.
Does it work off of an extension cord alone (no battery)?
Yes.
have you used this in the rain?
Would be nice to see how this lights up a basement (particularly near a breaker panel) and/or an attic with the power cut.

Using it to light up the engine bay withe from on top or bottom. Giving the mechanic an eye to where they're looking, maybe?

You should see the MX Fuel light tower 😂

It would be awesome if it would adjust to 4000k and 5000k light.
and can turn each light off or on
Amazing light! But that price! Wow!
Are they ever going to switch to Warm Light luminance over cold white???
Do you know how many watts it runs off of on ac power
50 watts on high. 20 watts on low
