Great video as usual...just put the Sub 70 639 irons and a JB 48° wedge in the bag myself. The guys at Sub 70 were very easy to work with as I had the irons all built with KBS PGI 70 Reg flex shafts and 1 1/2 degrees strong and 1 degree flat to come as close to the specs of my Mizuno irons I am replaceing and the 48° flat. Also added custom red and black ferrules. Played with them for the first time today and they were butter soft. Really impressed!
Mister short game hero! I took your advice yesterday and played to get as close to greens as possible rather than laying up to my favorite 100 yard distance. I was 3 over going into 9 and finished with a triple after sending two shots into water. Mental errors cost me a great round, but pitching from inside 40 yards worked great!
@@mistahshorthitter yes, I neglected to play away from two water hazards on a par 4. One was lateral to the right on the tee shot. I played my draw, but it didn’t draw. Bad line. My drop left me the choice to chip laterally to the fairway or play a 7 iron over a second lake to the green. I thinned my first attempt into the lake. Dropped on the same spot and hit it to two feet. Funny old game.
Drove out to Sycamore and got fitted earlier this summer. I got the Sub 70 749 irons. I like that I had a wide choice of shafts, ferrules and grips to choose from. Very satisfied with my beautiful new clubs.
You are pretty good with the sub 70 flat stick, but your wedge game makes it easy. I personally believe a solid wedge game can make up for other miss hits. Hopefully you’ll get that driver working for you.
Gonna hafta do a little head adjustment on that driver or maybe just get used to it. Seems a little pushy fade flight. (?) I was betting on another brand in the bag. Like comment, subscribe and share
MSH, can you do a video on how you hit your hybrida vs irons. I know uou did a video on which you should carry but my problem is I can't hit a hybrid I feel like I'll hook it every time. Do you grip it or swing it differently?

Remember only get closer if you aren't risking penalties. Awesome job!

What course is this? I'm golf vacationing through the Midwest, heading to Illinois in a week or so.
I would like to see you play a round of golf with one length irons.

Everyone has a plan till they get punched in the mouth-Mike Tyson. Your early comment made me think of it. Haha. You have a great game.
@@Jeff.Slavich Thank you!
Could you show a better picture of your golf clubs your playing. And what shafts are in them. Are they all regular shafts?
@@RoyRiojas-n3i You'll see them again in today's video
